At a glance, there is nothing new about this story. This could have been another melodrama but painted a glorious image of a divided family, eventually reunited by a sick grandmother. We see old trains represented without tricks or CGI. The action is rhythmic, with sequences of quiet, close contemplation, and rail operations so accurate, so precisely designed, that you can almost smell the diesel engines. Highly recommended for railway aficionados. For drama lovers, this film is a great example of putting human emotions in the movies.
