every bit of time

I have finally finished this banger. I am not checking the grammar for this, lol; it is way too late. It is 3:33 am, and I want to finish our work and somehow wake up at 10 am to go to work. This one is going to be short because of that. Let me average it out, and then yeah. I loved this one. It was hard to wrap my head around—like, really hard to wrap my head around—but it was fun, and I really enjoyed it. It gets 9.09 out of 10 stars from me. I started this one during the school year, and summer is almost over now, so it has been a hot minute.

I watched the episodes in random clumps because every time I would watch the show, I would have an identity crisis and just start questioning if I was really real or if life was just one big multiverse shitshow, and every time something happened, everything flopped, and I didn't even know. But anyway. Good on the show for doing that; they explained it really well, and I understood it; I just couldn't wrap my head around it.

I started the show because they dabbed each other up in our skyy intro. Great reason, I know. There were so many familiar faces and so many references that I am glad I got them. GMMTV remembered that they have the rights to so many popular actors and just started randomly drawing them to be in the show. It was random, but it made the show feel more intense for some reason. They would do good and then fall apart. It got repetitive, and they were basically running circles around each other for the whole show. (There was only so much they could do, so I guess this was okay.)

The first few ratings are pretty bad, and I can sort of see where they are coming from, but at the same time, I can't. This was a banger, and I loved it a lot. They had no reason to kill off Joob; I think that was her name. It is crazy how fast people come and go in this world and in real life. A lot of the epidoes were figuring things out with no actual plot, and I respect that because I needed more plot to understand what was actually happening.

This show had me thinking about life so much. "What if we are in some different reality and when we die, it's because someone else died or the opposite? That shit is scaring me now, lol." So that's fun. I said that in episode 7. I was spiraling, and that is why I didn't finish this any sooner.

Then today I was like, I need to finish this banger; it is actually pretty well written and the actors are doing a good job, and that's why I finished today. Then Kepyt got more stuff dropped on us one by one. This was definitely a slow burn because of the circles they were running around each other. Then episode 10 dropped a bomb on me that I was expecting, but it made me feel so physically awful.

Banger. I loved it. I did have an identity crisis at the end, but that's okay. Good acting; the ending and some of the filler content in between could have been better. But it was explained well, and I loved it. Okay bye!

A need in life.

Okay. Vice Verse is.. my favorite one from 22' GMM so far ?
Who could have guessed ? As someone who is never up for body swap plots I must say I was hooked for good. The story is so well developed, its sweet, a little sour, filled with good people. There is no blurry concept, no visible rush for the leads to go ahead. The leads. Such a good job done there. The supports. You're gonna miss them once youre done? oh you surely will.( Up Preeda gets a special mention )
It was just so fresh.
It makes you cry it makes you smile it makes you look forward to every little moment. What else do we need ? A must watch if youre up for a good story and some good romance.

Fluff with Supernatural Elements

I loved this series! For the kiddos, there's no SA, there is consent, healthy communication, legal marriage, what is there to hate? The actors because people wanted Ohm and Nanon and got Sea and Jimmy. Then viewers spent the next 12 weeks pining for Ohm and Nanon. My theory is, if Ohm and Nanon starred in this series, people would have gone nuts over it. Rant over.

Jimmy and Sea did very well in this series. The acting was very good, and the parallels between the two universes are well done. The beauty of this story is, that Talay and Puen fell in love without even knowing the true face of their beloved. Talay could have been a 300 pound guy with pimples for all Puen knew. He didn't realize until after he loved Talay, that Talay was the person who gave him the bucket hat.

Another great part about this series were the friendships in this series. Even after Tess screwed up Talay's friendships, they still forgave him and moved forward. That's true friendship.

This is a great series if the viewer can not keep wishing for Ohm and Nanon. Jimmy and Sea were excellent in this series, and it's worth watching.

this show made me a hopeless romantic fr

just gonna add my two cents about this show i have a massive soft spot for. i was sooo excited to see jimmy being the lead role, it was actually the reason i watched it at first and i remember the first two episodes or so being like, is this going to be good? but i'm so happy i stuck by its side because it became SUCH a treat to watch weekly. jimmysea's chemistry is so good, they make me melt every single chance they get. plus jimmy is hella attractive ok i gotta say it. overall this show gave me sappy sweet emotional romance realness and i am forever blessed because of it. also!! there were parts that were so healing to me??? not just with the romance but the FRIENDSHIP. oh my god i love the friendships in this show. i ugly cried over them ok i was about to be devastated if the gang was gonna split up. tbh i ugly cried throughout this whole show i am NOT gonna lie i became so invested.

i will say that some of the reoccurring issues between the 2 leads made me shake the computer aggressively towards the middle-end because i was like. didn't we go through this already??? but honestly everything was worth it. this whole show speaks volumes about romantic love, friendship love, even familial love, and it made my heart swell with happiness nostalgia pain bittersweetness and sometimes just sweetness. the atmosphere alone throughout the entire series is enough to make me feel so immersed.

anyways love these nerds i want them to be happy forever OKAY

Another great drama from Thailand!

First off, this was a crazy drama series. I love the special cameos of some very famous and well known actors throughout the series, it was refreshing to see and a real treat. Jimmy and Sea did amazing as Puen/Tun and Talay/Tess and the supporting cast were all wonderful as well. Doesn’t surprise me though because this drama series has some of the best Thai actors in my opinion. The plot line was fantastic. Quite interesting and somewhat complex, but definitely held your attention the entire time. This drama was filled with seriousness, sadness, happiness, and very cute moments. Highly recommend watching this drama series if you are hesitant on it. It is one of Thailand’s best BLs of 2022 in my honest opinion. Looking forward to what Jimmy and Sea have in store for us in the future.

GMMTV never disappoints

What a freaking great show!! I'm so happy that I waited it to finally air and watch it without waiting week to week. Everything is a spot on, storyline, casting, aesthetics.

Coloring was done so well it really gaved a feeling that they really travelled to universes. Both of the universe had their own flaws given to it, where Peun and Talay traveled had a lot of neon and ligher colors. Weird differences between universes, like having coton candy cake for birthday parties and waiting for the candels to go off by themselves was just so interesting and episode to episode I was waiting for them to discover more and more differences.

Peun and Talay is my comfort couple! Their chemistry just flaws so well, it makes me want to get into relationship for real lol. No toxicity and unnecessary drama, they just understand what they've been through and make you believe that they are inseparable and bound for life.

I'm giving it full 10 stars despite that I didn't like how well people around them perceived thei changes, I mean two bodies exchanged their minds and thinking and everyone was just okay with that lol.

I could go on and on but I'll just leave it here. Hopefully somebody will read it and will be pushed to watch this damn good series.

ONE OF THE BEST ROMCOM SCIFI BL SERIES EVER

All I can say is that Vice Versa really did rewrote the history of ROMCOM SCIFI in the BL industry. The series talk about parallel universes which tackles different universe in the multitude of multiverse based on a Multiverse Theory. The one think I want to emphasize is that it really carry the show to being the best.

Storyline and Plot.
The storyline and the plot are well-written. I am awed on how the story flowed in 12 Episodes. I mean the story of Peun and Talay is so promising that you will loved the show just by watching the first episode. The whole story will give you a roller-coaster ride and explosion of fellings and emotion. Not just the story but also the tiny details of the difference about the two universes, and also the similarities that it has to the other universes. I have read that this show was planned even after the author havent finished the story yet, but I can say that the storyline and the plot was perfectly thought through by the personalities behind it. Kudos!

Characters
The characters are very relatable and loveable. Peun and Talay with their flirty actions and eyes will make you shiver everytime they interact with each other. I always envy how they talk and interact with each other with loving eyes. AHHHHHHHH. The other side characters are so chaotic in a good funny way. I enjoyed the series alot because of them. The characters are very understanding towards each other. You wont see any toxicity in the series itself, as well as the characters. Every problem was solved by them and I admire that concept in a romantic series.

Cameos
OH MY GOD! Its like every episode of the series has cameos from GMMTV Artists and Shows. When the first came from the pilot episode occurred, I just jumped out from my seat because of excitement. HAHAHAHA I was very awed and happy because we get to see other people from other series. Forcebook, Gun, Perth, Tay, Mix and other artists, I was very surprised and I loved that GMMTV did that just to suprise their fans.

I dont really want to make this revew longer. All I can say is that, THIS IS NS OF THE BEST SHOW I HAVE WATCHED! I AM HOPING THAT WE STILL GET TO SEE JIMMYSEA IN A SERIES SOON!

SO SO GOOD!

Alexa, play "dandelions" by Ruth B.

HELLO?? WHY is this so good and underhyped?? The plot? The acting? The cameos? The caracthers? The chemistry? THE EMOTIONS??? *chef's kiss*?? and the fact that I saw a little bit of myself represented in Talay's character? Loved it. LOVE.IT!!????
And I don't know why but I was so afraid of watching the last episode... I- IT WAS SO GOOD??? CRYSTAL CLEAR? Are you kidding me fgs??? (as yall can see I'm very emotional right now)

"The sand doesn't go..."
"Do you have any idea how long I waited for you to travel back here? I don't want time to go by without you from now on. I want to stop time right here. I want to stop our universal traveling. Just like the sand in this hourglass."

LISTEN. THIS IS YOUR SIGN. Not from the universe but from me! If you haven't watched Vice Versa GO WATCH IT!

After reading the synopsis and even after watching the first episode, I was a little worried that this was going to be overly complicated and confusing to watch. But it didn't take long to get the gist of what was going on and I'm glad I stuck with it because it was a very good series. It had an interesting and different premise than anything I've seen to date and it kept my attention the entire way through. There was just enough angst to keep the viewer invested and it wasn't the same old tropes of misunderstandings and miscommunication.

One of the things that stood out to me was how clever the writing was. There was so much subtle symbolism; from the colors describing moods and the whole hourglass thing. I like when these kinds of hints and tidbits are woven throughout the journey and it shows a great attention to the little details in the storyline.

I would certainly recommend this series as it gave delivered a wide range of feels and thought provoking moments while still keeping to the standard BL formula.

Cashgrab with bl on the side.

PLOT.

Non-existent. Plot holes are so crucial, i was actually wondering if the screenwriter accidentally put their script into the shredder and tried to make something out of leftovers.
Don't get me wrong, im not picky when it comes to romance bl, BUT BFFR.. Its is physically impossible not to notice huge plot holes.
- Like how the concept of multiverse seems to be so common when it comes to main characters and others in their little universe-travellers club, but remains unknown to the rest of the world?
- What’s the actual purpose of the port-key if in reality it seems like you don’t need “a perfect match” to be able to come back from the parallel universe?
- How is nobody around main characters noticing the sudden and drastic change in their behaviour?
And the worst part is that the show was getting progressively more boring with every episode, because for some reason the focus was switched from the universe travel to your typical student life drama about four guys trying to make it in a movie industry.

ROMANCE.

Crazy chemistry between main characters and Nivea.

Some reviews are like“this series has such great chemistry and so many cute interactions between main characters that you can easily overlook the bad screenwriting and product placement”..
BUT TRUST ME. Almost every single “cute interaction” you will get in this series IS A FREAKING COMMERCIAL.
Every 15-20 minutes there is a minute long rant about chips, fried chicken, delivery service, face wash, drinks, scooters…
Every time characters were getting flirty i was praying for this not to be another product placement, but again and again it was a lifeless fanservice with big bright KFC logo in the middle of the screen and it was absolutely killing the vibe.
(I fckin lost it when THE PROPOSAL SCENE turned out to be basically a chips ad).

They also added this “guy 1 is openly hitting on guy 2, who keeps getting angry and rejecting him but secretly enjoys it” trope and usually i enjoy the flirtatious tension it brings BUT HERE… It felt sooo out of place and cringy i had to skip through a lot of scenes.

The love triangle also felt forced and instead of feeling excitement and anticipation of what this drama may take the plot to, i was just getting progressively bored by it.

ACTING.

Its… There..?
I wouldn’t call it horrible, it was just… meh.
To be fair its hard to actually see Jimmy’s & Seas acting in between of a badly scripted lines and exhaustingly cliche dialogues.
I know both of them are great actors (thanks god i watched Last Twilight first) but Vice Versa simply doesn’t give them the space to show their potential and its just sad.
The rest of the cast did pretty much okay, but honestly speaking, i wasn’t really fond of any of the supporting characters besides Phuwadol, who was killed off in the 7th episode.

OVERALL

Watch it under three circumstances:

- you don’t care about the plot
- you don’t care if almost every romantic interaction between characters is a product placement
- you are a jimmy&sea fan
In other cases i would recommend wasting your time on this mess.

Definitely Recommend!

This serie was one of the most adorable and unique BL's I've watched so far, the storyline is awesome and isn't like every other serie, different universes? Port keys? It's such a cool concept! I loved the acting and the cast so much, almost each episode had me on the edge of my seat. I grew so attached to it, had me sad to see it end! On the other hand I really suggest this title, It's adorable, cool, fantasy like genre, and doesn't just focus on the sex of a mlm relationship. It has an actual good consistent storyline. Such an emotional roller-coaster, don't think I've ever cried this much in a serie! Haha but don't be scared, it's such a great serie, I loved it, and I hope you grow to love it too.

It's an ads dumpster but I pull through for Jimmysea

Here's what happened: I fell in love with Jimmysea through Last Twilight, watched vice versa's trailer and was happy they have another series with unique and promising plot, only to get hit in my face with tons of product placement. I do agree that this is a wasted potential.

someone else already said what I want to say, I'm just here to even out the ratings lmao. as much as I love jimmysea i think an overall rating of 7.9 is too high
