Extremely toxic, but so good!
Wow this was one of the most toxic bl drama's i have seen, but it was so good! The story was great, complicated and with several plot twists. And oh my, the actors who played those two psycho's did such an amazing job.The visuals were amazing and the music very good!
The acting was top notch and the chemistry between the mains was great, so were the kisses.
This is a must watch! I will definatly watch this many more times in the future.

Hands down one of the best K-BLs or BL dramas in general—I’ve ever seen. And that’s saying a lot, because I’ve been watching BLs for over a decade now. I rarely give a perfect 10/10 rating; out of the 200+ dramas I’ve watched, only around 25 have earned that score from me fr.I really loved the overall story and the acting. And oh my god, Ju Sung-hyeon’s smile? Weak at the knees—he’s so golden retriever coded, it hurts 😭💛. Meanwhile, I’ve been cursing Shin Jaemin the entire show—couldn’t stand him LOL.
But yeah, this drama? Chef’s kiss. Pure perfection. Would absolutely recommend!!

Intriguing/Fascinating Until the End...
This series has so much going for it. Acting is superb. Screenplay is surprisingly strong and sharp. The cinematography is captivating and succinct, given that this series is not very long. Yet, I had such mixed feelings about this series. Perhaps it was because it goes so deep into the despair and sickness of three-way love connections. With each knowing how the other felt about one another, the outcome was bound to lead to toxicity and bitterness and a heaping amount of resentment. I loved the story but found myself experiencing revulsion in some of its more disconcerting parts. One has to be intrigued, perhaps even mesmerized, by its premise, but at the same time perplexed by how sick, twisted, and convoluted a love can get. Especially when that love is not projected outwardly but only inwardly. I must have what I want at any cost no matter what I have to pay to get it. Unexpectedly Excellent!
I did not expect the level of holy sh*t I just watched. I waited for it to fully air before watching it and I'm am SO glad I did. It would have killed me to wait one week to the next. The story was well done, the acting excellent, and the kisses? Oh man. Despite the history of mediocre kisses in Korean BL, this one was wonderful!Was this review helpful to you?

WORST SHOW EVER
This show was the worst. I cannot believe this is even hyped up at all. It hut every cliche in the book. What is more insane is how they managed to make every character so utterly unlikeable.The Jaemin guy made a deal despite having basically nothing to lose, and after he "got rid" of the competition he still had plenty of time to make a move. AND when the mc made a move he rejected him... so what was the point?
The other "CEO" guy. He's a maniac who left the guy he cares ab despite having a chance. Instead if confessing like a normal person, he comes back, acts abusive and then acts surprised when the ml doesn't want him... like duh?
The dumb ml. How many times does someone have to reject you before you give up? Like he called you someone elses name, left you, left yoh again, left you again when you begged, left you again when you begged... and then shows up in front of you with a hickey. Bye.
MC is the most spineless character ive ever seen. So instead of just explaining to the ml, you choose to go with the crazy guy. AND JUST EXPLAIN THE HICKEY! I mean... the guy was responsible for your sister being in the hospital and yet you're all "omg woe is me. I am so sorry things turned out this way." Stand up. He needs to go to therapy before he can get with anyone. Everyone therapy today. And yall need better taste in shows... yikes this was a forest fire if ive ever seen one.

High tension drama with crazy plot twists and delish acting
The tension in the story is tantalising, and the good looking cast pulls off a very convincing act.....but the best part of this show are the plot twists.Bl-needle Score: 7. Moderate BL-ness
Da On is torn between three characters - Jae Min, his senior and a psycho and obsessed 'lover' who manipulates like hell to keep having power over him, Su Hyeon, a perpetually pissed ex who wants to use sheer force/power to get back together, and Seong Hyeon, a sane, strong, love interest who shows up when needed...no prizes for guessing who gets the guy....but the meandering path the drama takes is quite something, and so is the performance from the cast.
The story has crazy twists, usually revealed at the end of each episode, in the form of brief flashbacks of the lives of Da On, Su Hyeon and Jae Min....and almost every time that happens you will likely go...Whaaaaaaaat???????
I loved the tension all through the episodes, though from episode 6 onward it started to become slightly more predictable, though that does not really take away from the series too much. Ideally this could have been a 10 episode story with a gradual reveal and unraveling of the truth, which would have done justice to the intense build-up that was really the hook of this show.
Nevertheless, they did a neat, even if a tad rushed, wrap up to the story and give us our happy ending. So no major complains.
I would definitely want to see this caste get together again, they were really good and one of te main reasons that I watched this, other than the plot twists.

Maganda naman siya. Maganda yung acting ng cast, like thier emotion. Na portray talaga nila yung character, pero ako lang ba yung malapit na matapos is na boboring na ako pero maganda naman siya, i rerewatch ko siya if ever.
Hindi ko iniexpect na yung isang friend pala gusto niya hindi yung first friend niya and i didn't expect din na yung rs nong dalawang friend niya ay fake lang. Kung hindi lang masama yung character, feeling ko hindi magihing toxic yung isa. Pero okay din naman kasi yung main character is okay lang din siya. I love them so much.

Three men obsessed
I wouldn’t really call this a “romance”. Two of these guys were obsessed with daon and showed extremely TOXIC and MANIPULATIVE personalities.The story itself was fine but the acting was AMAZING. All 4 actors displayed an incredible range of emotions and it made the experience so much better.
I’m so happy we got a happy ending but it was definitely the most unexpected and weirdest bl’s I’ve ever watched

THIS WAS SO TOXIC
First, I am not sure why they were all obsessed with Daon. About how everyone talked about him being in love with anyone who was nice to him, I once read in a book that 'abuse can feel like love. Starving people will eat anything', and for Daon it was the same case, as everyone used him in his life and even slightest bit of affection made him like someone. Soohyun's love for him was pure, but whatever he did was psychotic. His extremely violent tendencies ruined everything for both him and Daon, and the fact that in the end Jaemin told him, “You would never even know why I proposed the contract,” physically hurt because he was right. Soohyun never found out that Daon loved him first.The contract was between Jaemin and Soohyun, as they pretended to date in front of Daon so that they both could live with him and not lose Daon to one another. Not going to lie, as an idiot Soohyun agreed. Man, come on, you both are cowards. For God’s sake, the only person who actually stood up for Daon was the main lead, which is obviously why they ended up together.
Not going to lie, I thought I might be into the toxic story of Soohyun and Daon, but he was way too violent and possessive. I did like some of the scenes a little, but I am glad they did not end up together. Still, I wish he knew. and he should've fought for daon and should've never agreed with that fucking contract. ALSO, FOUND OUT THAT HE'S CHO YOUNG WOO'S BROTHER OOOLALALA

Do We Find Love or Love Finds Us ?
I stumbled upon this drama the night before my finals. Went in with a mind all exhausted only for this piece of beauty to fill my heart. You see, you might find a number of works that are different, that take you on a journey you have never been on before. But a very few can tell a story that you might've been in that makes you pause and revisit your little wish to find someone who can fill your life with warmth.This drama revolves around 3 people who love the same person in different ways, all in different times. But "secret" in our title is not for who loves whom, but for the little secret our protagonist's life had in store for him, that he would find the love that's going to protect him.
The writers of this series have done an excellent job in writing the characters, and it is a prime example of good execution. What looks like a simple office setting takes you to an end that you start to hope for, both for Da On and perhaps for yourself.
May love find us this way.

I just finished watching Secret Relationships, and I can confidently say—it’s by far my favourite BL drama ever. Everything about it was absolutely perfect, from the storyline to the acting to the emotional depth packed into every scene.The plot was beautifully written, keeping me hooked from start to finish. Each moment felt intentional, meaningful, and full of subtle emotion. The chemistry between the leads was incredible—every glance, every small gesture, carried so much weight. You could feel the connection growing between them, and it was done in such a natural and heartwarming way.
What really stood out was how the drama managed to stay warm and emotionally rich throughout. The pacing was just right, never rushed, allowing the story to unfold in a way that felt real. The actors delivered such powerful performances—it didn’t feel like acting at all. It felt real. Their expressions, their tone, their body language… everything added to the story’s depth.
Overall, Secret Relationships wasn’t just a drama—it was an experience. One that left me thinking, smiling, and completely in awe. If you’re looking for a BL drama that’s sincere, well-acted, and emotionally moving, this one is a must-watch.

Love Squares and Manipulation
Secret Relationships is a total roller coaster of emotions.It’s not your usual BL series, it’s full of toxicity, possessiveness, and seriously flawed characters, but that’s what makes it so engaging. Without all the messiness, it would’ve been flat and boring.
What makes it even more intense is how possessive the characters get, even when they’re not in a relationship.
This show definitely isn’t for the faint of heart. You’ll either love it or absolutely hate it—no in-between.
And forget love triangles… this story gives us love squares.
If you’re into sweet, wholesome romances, this probably won’t be your thing. But if you’re in the mood for something messier and a little chaotic, it’s worth a watch.
Hints:
Guy 1 - the person who they fall in love with
Guy 2 - calmed yet manipulative, and also unreasonable, the craziest of all 3.
Guy 3 - possessive and violent
Guy 4 - green flag but kissed Guy #1 when he was drunk.
The cast may be underrated, but they seriously delivered excellent performances.
I do wish it had more episodes or maybe even a second season, but honestly, I’m happy with how it all wrapped up. If you're looking for something different from the usual BL dramas, definitely give this one a try.
