Planners Capital

Indonesia just moved the national capital which starts to attract many expatriates. Among them are Kwak So Min, a Korean young woman who graduated from Sydney, and Choi Dae Sang, a Korean-American young man who came from New York. At first glance the new capital just looks like a common well-planned city, but as time flies odd things keep happening and claiming victims. The first oddity is the sudden unbelievable corruption case arrest of Capital deputy-minister/vice-governor, whose daughter is student at Global Defenders Senior High School and subsequently becomes target of bullying. They believe the case is fabricated, but they have difficulties to find solid proof. High-profile conspirators, and even the school bullies too, are planning mischievous plans very carefully in secret, while at the same time still successfully maintaining their good reputation in the society.
