Triage is honestly one of the most intense and meaningful Thai BL series I’ve ever watched. It’s not just a love story — it’s a full emotional rollercoaster where every episode hits harder than the last. The time-loop concept is so unique, and I love how the story slowly unwraps layer by layer. It kept me hooked from the first minute.What really touched me was the chemistry between Tin and Tol. The way Tin keeps going back in time just to save Tol…that’s the kind of love that makes your chest hurt in the best way. Every loop felt more desperate, more emotional, and more powerful. I swear I could feel Tin's frustration, fear, and love like it was my own.
The hospital setting made everything feel so realistic — the tension, the urgency, the pressure. And when the softer moments hit, they HIT. The acting was so good that even the smallest scenes felt meaningful.
I also loved how the series balanced suspense with heartwarming romance. It made me think about destiny, choices, and how far someone would go to save the person they love. The ending… I won’t spoil it, but let’s just say it left my heart full.
Overall, Triage is one of those BLs that stays with you even after you finish it. Emotional, mysterious, romantic, and unforgettable. I’m so glad I watched it.

EASILY THE BEST ASIAN BL I'VE SEEN
Absolutely faultless acting by everyone. The story and the script are outstanding. The direction is seamless. Everyone involved in this production deserves immense praise. If jeopardizing was a positive word that would be this drama
To keep it simple, you need to watch it to understand what is going on because a review is not enough. Every episode comes up with their own twist and new tales.One of the most solid storyline ever to be created in Thai BL. The plot is multidimensional. It tackles an ongoing time loop where the main characters are trapped. Gives us a glimpse of ER doctors and showcase a majorly performed crime in the medical field. And the cherry on cake is the romance. The character development and changes shown through each loop was impressive. I loved how it was complex but at the same time laid down for people to figure out easily instead of leaving us hanging for assumptions. This plot is the biggest example of butterfly effect. I wished they showed why Jinta did all that happened. It felt like the last missing piece to know why Tin and Tol were the chosen one. Every scene was so nerve wracking and made me curious for what will come up next because every episode is unpredictable. The writer is a genius. It fell a little flat for a little while after ep 10 but the ending definitely compensated for it. This show is one of the greatest proof that even without NC scenes also chemistry can be created.
The direction was great. The scenes at ER were realistic. I believe a lot of hard work, workshops and live demos went behind making such realistic acting, set and scenes for a daily task of a doctor. I really liked the way the camera rotates through the ER scenes during an emergency. It made me feel like I was there in the ER. The staged medical emergencies looked realistic. I wished this had an even higher budget for an even better cinematography quality because this drama is a gem for it to just look like a Thai lakhorn.
The acting was definitely 10/10. I loved every character's acting. Tae and Tee have amazing chemistry. The entire cast did amazing and it was great to see many new faces. The actors who played doctors and nurses deserves kudos. While watching bets videos I came to know how much they had t do homework and spend time on workshops to execute the medical emergency scenes perfectly and realistically.
Definitely a must watch if you are looking for an atypical Thai BL> It will mess with your mind abut you cannot stop watching till it's over.

Try watching this movie with hopes to get impressed
Triage is a wonderful movie as its really depicting the storyline and is one of my favorite supernatural movies. Throughout the movie the emotions of the characters are shown by the actors as you can feel each and every emotion they're going through, through the screen. The storyline is not dormant as each episode is a 10 out of 10 and is really interesting. The camera quality of the movie is Immaculate and the details are wonderful. Each scene has a connection to another and really makes this supernatural movie really interesting. The storyline doesn't get boring at any point as both the storyline the directing the producing the acting the music are all 10 out of 10.Was this review helpful to you?
Must watch BL series
The story of this BL is immaculate. I love how they plot out this story because you wont be missing out and it is very detailed. That is why this BL also have a great production set and design. Every object they show have a symbolic meaning that add ups to the series. I am not really a fan of time loop story because I find it boring for the repeated scene but this one was not boring at all, In fact its very interesting. And for the acting I must say they are really good together, They show us a great chemistry and acting... not just the mc but also the other actors. I Can't Believe I Waited This Long to Watch Triage
Triage is seriously one of the most underrated Thai BLs. The premise instantly reminded me of the Happy Death Day movies, so I was hooked from the start. The time loop was done really well and kept every episode exciting without feeling repetitive. I was already a fan of Tae and Tee since 2 Moons, so seeing them together again made it even better. Their chemistry was so natural, and the mix of romance, mystery, and suspense was balanced perfectly. hello. ive watched many many dramas (including BLs) and ive never felt the violent need to write a review before now. ive given 10 stars to some dramas, like bad buddy or princess agents, but triage was just. so. good. the story, the acting, the LOVE.at the end of the day, the most beautiful thing that came from this show was the love. the power of loving someone so completely. how it changes you, how it makes you want to be better, how it forces you to feel the world around you—and it’s not just romantic love. the friendships, the coworkers, the people we can save and connect to.
this drama is a brilliant brilliant example of the butterfly effect. every word, every action, every choice affects the people we interact with—no matter how insignificant it may feel. a small smile here, a helping hand there, and youve saved a life without even realizing.
my heart is aching from this drama. it was simply beautiful and riveting and alluring and kept me on my toes. ill never look at 10:55pm the same ever again.
the parallels of the storylines. from tin’s fight right to tol’s—they were desperate and lonely the entire way, but they fought for each other. and that’s what’s we all want, huh? someone to fight for, to keep us going, to remind us that we are alive and to keep fighting to make the world a better place one beating heart at a time.
10/10 - i came expecting doctor love, stayed for literally everything. (also, dont take my rewatch value to heart. i don’t rewatch thing LMFAO) (also also, anyone else see the mannor of death snippets, too??? those boys just being there?? i loved it???)
bye. time to cry for the next seven or eight business days.

It's good not the best. Too stressful for me
I've watched 3 episodes. Ngl the 1st 2 episodes already made me wanna drop it. I felt the repetitive time loop was kinda annoying and unnecessary. They could have ended it with a dialog like "I've kept doing this over and over again x times already but he dies everytime what am i doing wrong?" also Jinta's involvement kinda didn't add much to the entire plot i feel he should have showed up a bit later instead. Everytime he showed up on the screen i was like why are u here if you're not gonna add to the plot. The drama is more on the serious side with near to nil comical relief which can give u a headache like literally.From what i see i know the plot is gonna be interesting. I assume this entire timeloop is not just to save Tol's life but to also solve the organ trafficking case. I am guessing Rit's kidney went to Mai's mom. As for why Tin got stuck in the loop it's probably cz his sister's death was not a normal death either?
I'd have preferred just 1 long loop where Tin tried to stop Tit's death instead of multiple small loops. Like we see in reset, marry my husband and other series (i know this is not a loop but time travel) but still. I don't think this is for me. Let's see if i wanna ever pick it up. I am here cz of Tee's new series thought I'd watch this in the meantime while that airs cz people kept calling thiss an underrated gem. Ngl Tee's acting here is much better than the new series but this series is just not my type. I like something relaxing or something with a bit of comic relief.

OMG, this BL is so amazing. I recommend everyone who is into BL's to watch it because you will not be regretful.The writter did a really good job creating this amazing story with such beautiful characters.
I really think that this is one of the best BL's ever made. It has a really dramatic story with nice suspense.
Also, the couple of Tin and Tol is so beautiful. The background story about their childhood and their parents being friends fits so good in the primary story and it doesn't feel forced. Another round of applause to the writter.
Watch it and enjoy it! Thai bl series are the best, no doubt.

Ora mi chiedo perché ci abbiano privati di Tae e Tee come Forth e Beam!
Titolo lungo per dire esattamente quello. Perché non abbiamo potuto vedere le parti di Forth e Beam con loro? Sarebbe stato grandioso. Tutto ciò per dire che la chimica fra i due (e quindi la loro recitazione) mi è piaciuta tantissimo, in ogni singolo loop e li ho amati (tanto quanto Max e Tul in MOD). Che poi, vi devo dire, immagino che recitare sempre la stessa scena sia un po’ un cosa rognosa e Tae lo ha fatto benissimo, mostrandosi ogni volta più frustato e più distrutto da questa situazione. Veramente un’ottima prova attoriale per entrambi (e da qui la frustrazione del titolo). Per il resto: ho apprezzato moltissimo i personaggi secondari, che secondo il mio modesto parere hanno un po’ più di spessore di quelli in MOD (storia che ho visto molto più concentrata sui due protagonisti) e da studente di medicina devo dire che le scene mediche non mi facevano cringiare troppo, anche se forse a causa dei sottoutilizzò alcune cose erano nel magico mondo dell’assurdo. L’ultimo spunto all’ordine del giorno, praise a Fiat che è da Sotus S che mi stupisce con le sue interpretazioni.Was this review helpful to you?
Espetacular, uma perfeição pouco falada
INCRÍVEL!! Uma série com uma história sensacional que te prende do começo ao fim. Achava q em um momento ia começar a enjoar por conta de ter loops mas isso nem chegou perto de acontecer! A cada loop eu ficava mais ansiosa e animada!A história é sensacional, um suspense ótimo de assistir, onde nada é por acaso, até os mínimos detalhes tem importância.
A atuação espetacular, os atores perfeitos, interpretaram perfeitamente.
Não tem muitas cenas românticas, o foco principal da série não é o romance, mas achei que foi tudo na medida certa, ficou perfeito.
Recomendo demais, um bl ótimo com uma história excelente.

A última cena com o Bun de Manne of Death foi espetacular pra mim. Eu já tava reclamando ''uai eles não vão resolver o caso do tráfico de órgãos?? E ai aparece essa cena deixando a entender que quem vai resolver é o Bun. ABSOLUTAMENTE CINEMA.

Triagem foi uma surpresa MUITO boa pra mim. Eu comecei esperando uma coisa e recebi sofrimento, emoção, tensão e crise existencial de brinde. A história consegue misturar medicina, viagem no tempo e drama de um jeito que parece meio doido quando você fala, mas funciona absurdamente bem.O protagonista é extremamente cativante e você consegue sentir o peso de tudo que ele tá passando. A forma como o drama trabalha escolhas, destino e consequências me prendeu demais, porque cada episódio parecia que tinha algo importante acontecendo e eu ficava querendo ver “só mais um” até perceber que já tava surtando de madrugada.
O romance também foi lindo e muito bem construído, sem parecer forçado, e a química entre os protagonistas é maravilhosa. Você realmente compra o sentimento deles e torce muito pelo casal.
A única razão de eu não dar 10 foi porque em alguns momentos achei que certas partes poderiam ter sido um pouquinho melhor desenvolvidas ou mais aprofundadas, mas nada que estrague a experiência.
No geral, Triagem é intenso, emocionante e te prende do início ao fim. Recomendo demais pra quem gosta de histórias diferentes, com bastante emoção e aquele toque de sofrimento psicológico que faz a gente passar raiva mas amar ao mesmo tempo.
