Good episode highlight how Hae In is always supporting ML's family and touching moment at the end when he finally starts to move towards her and almost ready to accept his feelings

I have a theory. I think Eunseong is the son of the grandfather's girlfriend. She's the woman who vouched for a kid who harmed a dog in the last episode. That kid is Eunseong, and the woman is the grandfather's girlfriend. Whenever Haein's grandfather talked about the hardships of his past, his girlfriend looked at him indifferently. I think she knows the truth about his past. I also think he's not a self-made businessman like he proclaimed to be. I need Hyunwoo to speak up against his family, except for his mother. His sister-in-law crossed the line. She could've discussed it with Hyunwoo, and I fear she may ask for more unreasonable favours. I'm afraid she'll stir up a bigger problem in the future.

ML was happy when he find out she was dying but now he feel jealous if she fall in love with other guy before her death ?cheap trick to make viewers believe jealousy is love,Jealousy is just about his possessiveness not love, after he was unable to uncontrol his happiness after hearing about her death you want me to believe that Inhuman ML love her ?

there was everything from bittersweet moments to hilarious moments. this is definitely my favorite episode so far!

As i watched the latest episode I even get more hooked by its story. I even loved Baek Hyun Woo and Hong Hae In, I am excited to know how their story progress no sad ending please. Sad to know the once they are even a family but sadly it never happened hope they will explain why it happened. I even loved Baekv Hyun Woo more.

This is probably one of the best episodes so far. We are finally seeing some progress in the story, especially between the main leads. From Hyun-woo getting confused by his feelings for Hae-in to Hae-in melting at his caring actions. We also get an insight into their past as a married couple as well and why they are so cold to each other. Yoon Eun-sung, on the other hand, is planning for revenge but the motivation remains unknown to the viewers. Park Sung-hoon has done an incredible job of showing Eun-sung’s mannerisms and the mask he puts on for Hae-in and her family. His storyline seems deeper than expected and we are looking forward to exploring that!

This episode really pulls at my heartstrings. It's so good! One minute we're smiling at their sweet moments and feeling a little jealous, but I think the next episode might bring tears. It looks like Hae In's condition is getting worse, and they'll realize they need each other more than ever. This episode is just amazing!

Love to see how the are happy at that time when he was to become parents i mean his and her expression are superb i love this acne soo much and felt bad for them ???Baek hyun woo also realised he love her. Also love the ending when she expreess her feeeling to him and she got a hug from hyun woo ?

It's over. Episode 4 won my heart in a way that no other kdrama has managed to do so in a decade. I had actually been moving away from kdramas beyond a show or two here and there but this fully brought me back.

Sono al 4 episodio, ma non mi ha "preso," ancora... Continuo sperando che succeda ;) Gli attori mi piacciono, anche se non sono tra i miei preferiti, ma trovo assurdo la speranza di lui che lei muoia. Capisco che odi la sua famiglia, ma... Vedremo!
