my curiosity makes me finished it!

I super like this suspense-thriller drama, very dark but I like the flow of the story. I like how Lee Tang becomes a murderer by accident but turns out that he killed does who deserves to die, he has the ability to detect if the person is bad. I like the detectives potential and skill to catch the real suspect. The detective is trying to catch Lee Tang where the real bad guy is Song Chon.

I like the main actors in this series they really did they job effectively, the reason why I got hooked because of their effectiveness in portraying their roles.

** Not recommended for kids because of the brutality of the killings.

A thrilling and refreshing ride!

I'm glad I decided to watch this and haven't listened to the negative comments.. Some reviews made it sound like it out to be the most boring thing ever, claiming there was no thrill or storyline. But from the moment I started watching, I was hooked, and my love for it only grew with each episode.
The storyline was super interesting to me, specially since crime and investigation have always been my favorite genre. Despite having seen my fair share of similar shows, this one managed to surprise me, not just in terms of twists and turns.. There was something about it that made it stand out and feel more enjoyable compared to others, it kept me wondering on where the story was going without making it messy. The show also incorporated some dark humor that had me chuckling from time to time.
I personally gave it a 10 out of 10. However, I understand that it may not be everyone's cup of tea, and it's not flawless. But if you're hesitating to watch based on negative comments, I'd encourage you to give it a chance and form your own opinion, You might discover a hidden gem.

Could have been better

The first thing I want to point out is that this show went full ham at the beginning. The show did more of the explaining at the end and understanding the character backstory later. However, because of this it gave the vibe of being draggy. I like the creativity, but it didn’t live up to hype. Overall, would recommend seeing it once.

THE ENDING

i kinda like binge watched this show (in two days) and looked forward to it the second i knew. i think the story was interesting and make me anxious about what will happen bUt the ending was bittersweet, like, they didn't catch the ml and even when he said he will show up at the police station he didn't??? i think the kdrama directors aren't giving actual punishments to the villains (?) lately when they should but anyway. i do think it's a great show and i enjoyed it and maybe would rewatch it someday even

Started of too good then become run of the mil rushed story

My proper rating for this show is 7/10. But I like these genres to much and very less shows are made under these themes so will rate it higher than mentioned.

First 2 episodes where just too good in terms of writing, acting, comedic elements and especially editing. But later on something starts going wrong mostly because they introduced few characters and killed them off which didn't help any bodies character development. In a short 8 episode series 2 episodes where wasted in deaths of people who didn't move the story anyway.

Later this show converted from dark humor crime series to police drama, its as if the writer and director for these middle episodes where completely different and again in the better half of the final episode we are entertained with same energy first few episodes.

Technical rating 7/10
Biased rating 9/10 (I love these genres combined so)

Good one for beginners

if you are new to thriller genre the it is a good drama to be watched.......
A short thriller shot with 8 episode is a good start in thriller dramas.

Even though concept of hunches/intuition is kind of illogical but sometime these supernatural power save the day .
Having the urge to serve justice even when you don't have power to do so....yes it is courageous but the path you choose to serve that justice differentiates the good from bad.

Maybe I was expecting more, something was missing but still it was worth it .

Hope this was helpful.

Have a good journey in dramaland.

Started good, but lost it's way midway

Though A Killer Paradox delivers on its promise of a slightly uncomfortable thriller, the limited runtime proves to be a hurdle for character development. A tighter focus and keener sense of the message behind the killings could have elevated the series more. But there's some fun when it comes to killer's sheer ambition, not to mention the wish fulfilment of it all.
One of the best aspects of A Killer Paradox is the cinematography. The show features visually stunning images of Tang’s hallucinatory scenes, where the killers haunt him in his dreams. The images play tricks on the viewer and slow-motion shots of him attacking the killers in the action sequences. The series is flooded with bloody red and green lights to show which character is the hero and the villain. The entire second half of the season slows down. Episodes are longer and the plot lags a bit. The scripts lose their crisp structure and become a little sprawling. The ending does leaves loose ends and doesn't satisfy the morality of the show.

My Rating : 5.7/10

The overall story is interesting to watch in the first 4 episodes but it turn a bit slow in between. Although they portray the main character well but there are only a few scenes of him killing others and all you know about is from the police headlines. It would have been better if they portrayed a bit more planning in execution of these criminals. The story also had something missing in it like the dog didn't a any key role.
The series is interesting for sure. With thrilling scenes and chase. Hopefully they will create a season two.

murdering needs luck

I'm watching this because of actor Choi Woo Sik.

there is unexpected r-rated scene on the first episode , maybe because the writer want to express how emotionless the characer was . anyway its not family friendly so skip that scenes if you want to watch in living room ! hahaha

the storyline was not that bad but not too good .
far from my expectations .
i thought it going to be more thriller and unexpected twist . like vigilante since both of them became a dark hero that punishing people for their crimes .

Honestly Lee Tang never want to be a dark hero but he was stuck in situations that he never think he would encounter it , poor that man .
After Lee Tang killing people i thought he going to be crazy since he often got imagination of people that he murder but he endures it , till he looks like a living human with losing soul.

i'm never thought that murdering people also need luck to survive , Lee Tang was really lucky somehow maybe he save a world once in his past lives . the guy that saves lee tang had a cool characters actually , he got a good intentions and made lee tang unexpected hero . poor that guy because he die in the end .
i was hoping Lee Tang can have a good life with a proper job .

Anyway its a good story to killing times .

overall it's a series that I won't remember in detail for a long time

I liked that the main character never sees himself as a hero, and it's fun the way everything happens.

I really liked how the detective acts. I also liked the ending.

I like that it's dark and the kind of humor it has.

But overall it's a series that I won't remember in detail for a long time.

Dull Paradox

The first four episodes follows Lee Tang bumbling his way into being an accidental vigilante with an uncanny ability to kill people that turn out to be murderers or other vile offenders while leaving no evidence of the kills is the most kinetic and interesting comparatively to the second half of the series which pretty much grinds to a screeching halt to focus on the beleaguered detective and delusional serial killer with Lee Tang running hiding from the police as a b story. What a waste of time to not develop and focus on the guy with the supernatural powers who can identify actually guilty people upon contact, even a brush through layers of winter clothing. There's gratuitous, explicit nudity as well, one of which is for a crime.

Common but not disappointing.

First the positive things:
Very common thriller trope but unexpected plot twists. Also, the acting is amazing, the stories are so well explained, and you can empathize with the characters. I even festival goosebumps with Heejoon's and Wooshik's acting because they have a lot of versatility.

Now the negative things:
I disliked the first +18 just because it didn't have anything to do with the plot and was just unnecessary. I didn't like the way it was so slow at the beginning, but luckily it changed. The last thing I really didn't like was that I think we needed more explanation of Tang's story and his superpower because it came out of nowhere without an explanation.

Overall, I give it a 10 because I really liked and enjoyed this series.
