What a wonderful ending! I see many people are upset that they didn't get to see a wedding, but I don't think that was needed here, to be fair. It was beautiful, fulfilling, and wholesome in many other ways. ✨BuYi, who had walked his path of revenge alone and had no family, finally has one. 🥹ShaoShang, who was always abandoned and felt unloved, is now surrounded by her family, who not only love her, but also came to her aid in the most unexpected moment. She will never be abandoned again. ❤️I absolutely loved that moment when he said he believes in her, and at the same time, she told the people around her that she knows he believes in her. That's the ultimate level of trust to have in someone. I got goosebumps there! ☺️The Cheng family is very united now; there are no quarrels between the family members and everyone supports everyone. And even Yuan Shen found his place among these people — respected by BuYi, cared for by ShaoShang, and able to keep loving her platonically for the rest of his life. All of them stood under the starry sky watching the stars, which look like diamonds up there. Also, the exact translation for the title is something like "Starry Sky Brilliant", so I think the ending represents that title perfectly. 😌❤️Starting this drama was quite an unexpected choice for me, but I enjoyed every minute of it. And I must say — it's a pity China has made this rule of a 40-episode limit, because this drama didn't really leave any plot holes, and the character development was very visible. This longer-length format really worked in the story's favour. 😌

The ending was great but it would have been perfect if it finished with a wedding since Ling Buyi and Shaoshang's wedding was talked-about a lot in more than 20 episodes. All in all A GREAT DRAMA. 👍 👌

So glad this had a happy ending. I love happy endings and this one played out well for everyone in the family. I previously watched A Journey to Love and cried pretty much through the whole show while loving the story anyway.

I knew A'Qi wld be the one General Huo entrusted his beloved with. Okay I actually finished watching this final episode and I don't know what to say but I feel relieved.

Totally captivating! The way each character have evolved, most especially Shaoshang, the way she has grown even despite having known very little of love is so wonderful to behold. Her self discovery, finally finding her footing and direction with the guidance from the Empress which she sorely needed, and finally being there for Buyi wholeheartedly, casting aside her fears and insecurities. I just love this drama!

This is such a perfect ending to a perfect drama with so many amazing characters. Every scene was so picturesque in this episode. I'm sad that this drama is over now. I'll rewatch it a million times whenever I want. Thank you Love Like The Galaxy team for creating this amazing drama. I'll cherish it forever. Additionally, I agree with The Emperor. I want to watch them get married and have lots of kids, build their house, garden, play qin and flute together. Ahh I can only imagine now. Are we getting more episodes?! I hope so.

We finally see CSS start to have feelings for LBY, the way she looks at him shows her feelings for him... She still has doubts but I think for now she is making good on her promise to LBY to treat him good...
