I just finished this in all episodes. I'm honestly really sad that it ended so quickly. Since 2022, information about this drama appeared, I'm still waiting patiently. But today, my feelings are hurt. There is no drama recommendation, I am still waiting for Duan Jiaxu and Sang Zhi to meet again, even if the reality is small or very unlikely??. I want to say that I really like this drama, the plot, the cast, everything is not boring. I suddenly feel crazy from laughing, crying all at once accidentally ?. Zhao lus studies well. I've forgotten what year I started admiring her acting. In essence, for everything. I'm happy, I like whatever Lusi does for her acting, I will continue to support and pray that she will always be happy and smooth in work, love and even many things. Thank you for releasing this drama. I've repeated it 3 times in the previously released episode. Maybe I'll repeat it again until bored? . An Unparalleled Masterpiece: A Must-Watch Drama with Extraordinary Performances!
OMG I am absolutely astounded by this drama; it has undoubtedly earned a spot among the best I have ever watched. The chemistry between the actors is unparalleled, and the seamless progression of the storyline is simply flawless. The performances delivered by both actors are nothing short of extraordinary, leaving me in awe. Furthermore, the drama is filled with intricate details that add a remarkable depth to every action and dialogue. Each moment resonates with me on a profound level. If you haven't had the chance to experience this drama yet, I request you to please watch it trust me you will not regret it. The portrayal of Sang Zhi and Duan Jia Xu by Zhao Lusi and Chen Zheyuan, respectively, is an exceptional feat that breathes life into these characters. Their performances are the epitome of excellence, capturing the essence and depth of their respective roles. Furthermore, I must give a special mention to Victor Ma, no one could have played Sang Yan better than him. Sweet, adorable and funny moments
Another excellent series of Zhao Lusi. This series is very sweet, heart warming, adorable and endearing. A childhood crush come true is, I guess, many people's dream. All the casts in this series really did a great job on the series. I love every single one of them. The male and female lead of course is also extremely excellent - also working together as a couple. The innocence and shyness of both of them is very cute to watch at many scenes, though the overthinking on the female lead's part does hit home alot in reality. I bet many of us also thinks like her in certain scenarios of life. Really reflect alot on real life scenarios etc. The songs paired for this series is also beautiful.Was this review helpful to you?

She Healed Him and He Made Her Dreams Come True
When I say this is a absolutely beautiful story…I mean it heart to heart. Some ppl felt a way about the FML and the ML meeting while she was a teen and he an young adult but I believe this drama executed this plot in the most perfect way possible. This drama gave puppy crush, first love, love discovery and finally 1 true love and wrapped it in the most heart pumping bow. First off, the chemistry was phenomenal! Both the FML and ML literally oozed connection. I previously did not find the actor that plays the ML attractive from other dramas he’s in but THIS drama changed my whole mind, he’s freaking Smexy af!!The leads were the perfect match for this drama, she gives innocent but assertive and charming and he gave provider mature manly man with a cup of subtle hot nerdy lover boy.Loved the story line. I loved how they met when she was very young. There was connection but it was all innocent(as it should be). I liked that they didn’t make it weird. While they met while she was 14, her crush for him didn’t start until her senior year of highschool and their love story didn’t begin until her freshman year of college. It was perfect.
I Loved how much love and appreciation he poured into her as soon as he realized his feelings. It was literally end game from there on. He literally began building his life around her if that makes sense.
At times I was nervous about the FMLs feelings especially in the beginning because it was borderline obsessive but I had to put myself in the shoes of a girl who falls in love with a older guy with no romantic experience. I would probably be the same way. The need for reassurance that he wouldn’t forget me and go off with some other woman in his age group once he started his life after college as an adult. Which is why she wanted him to promise her to stay single which I thought was sooo cute, I yipped. To put it frankly, she
had to secure her man and her future spot in his life ?As she should.
I loved how he went from being this “brotherly” figure in her life to being her lover. The emotions felt so real and so beautiful. It was almost as if I was the FML being persued. I felt all giggly and nervous.
And I especially liked that the FML allowed him to “chase” her even though her feelings were prevalent and alive before his. I think that was specifically important. There was a line the ML said, where he basically told her that she deserved to be wooed and persued like every other girl regardless of if she had feelings for him already. That was such a cute
and secure move. The ML has made my unrealistic standards for men even worse. I WANT MY OWN JIA XU!!!(my heart)
I have so many favorite parts but the 2 I can think of now is when he got jealous of the classmate who had feelings for her and kept asking if he was the guy she liked? and the part when he said “I love you” for the first time and it got steamy…iykyk.
I give the side characters an applause. Love the brother. His reaction to finding out his best friend and sister were dating was so realistic lol. Her parents just wanted to protect their princess and while he tragically lost his family, she became his true family(my eyes are tearing). The obsessive “debtor” woman was annoying but her story was even understandable AND she wasn’t much of a hassle at all after ML drew a line with her and told her to F off and leave his woman alone basically.
All in all, this is now one of my absolute favorite dramas. It was the perfect mixture of emotional and sweet. A 10/10. I am grateful to have experienced it.

The wait is all worth it
Just finished watching. I cannot believe it, from the day lusi & zheyuan was announced as the leads, when I was waiting for reuters previews of them filming and now the show is finished and I have watched the whole show. I am very happy, it is all worth it.I just wanna talk about how Lusi and Zheyuan portrayed their characters greatly. I've been saying & commenting on zheyuan dramas that why he's one of my top chn actor is because he is an 'Effective Actor', he makes sure to convey his character's feelings through the camera. If he's happy we feel it, if he's in love we see it on his face/his nuances, when he's sad we feel his pain. I really like how he cry, actually this might be weird, but I've said it before since Our Secrets, he cries so naturally you know that? Like he's not afraid to show the 'Real' crying face of a man, setting aside his manly features, he cries and we see the character's hurt in his face. He's also an eye candy (oh god), the camera love his face.
And my girl, Zhao Lusi. She did it again. She nailed another great character. I like how Zhi is a mix of timid-quirky girl. The show in the first half let us see the world through the lens of a girl who has enough love to give. She's kind and smart. I love how all through the episodes we get to see that she's a strong person, that she can also protect her loved ones. Lusi gives us the perfect portrayal of the transition that happened to Zhi from being a highschool kid to a lady.
I cannot praise this show enough, the other characters are also great esp Sangyan. The OST is top tier and the script is also good. I wish I could see Lusi & Zheyuan in another drama again because their chemistry is off the roof. They really made a fan's (me) heart really happy. I'm gonna miss them so much? But for now i hope Zhi & Jiaxu is happy in dramaland.

JUST WATCH
This dreams was prefect. Whenever they cried, I cried with them and would whisper “Don’t cry, everything will be alright.I have seen a lot of Cdramas and frankly, only a few blew my mind. I don’t know if it’s the norm in China, but I hated the fact that for most of the dramas it’s either the FL is extremely childish or the ML is super annoying. Remember, it’s a personal opinion. Like I said earlier, I don’t mean to be rude or offensive, I just want to air my opinion with all due respect.
This drama is a masterpiece! I haven’t seen a drama this flawless. Even the saddest person on earth would be happy after watching this. Honestly, it’s been long I typed this long epistle on any drama.
The actors were amazing! Every character were lovable, there was no single hate. And for the ML & FL? I felt deeply in love with those two. I have been a fan of the FL after watching “Love Like the Galaxy” which is by the way, among the best Cdramas I have seen.
I wish Chinese script writers would learn from this drama. I wish they would start writing more realistic characters & stories and stop making most FLs too fake and childish. I mean most of these movies are for adults, it should portray that too. I’m not a fan of skinships. However, those few kissing scenes should be as real as possible. Those romantic moments should be real and not some fake kissing scenes.
That being said, I want to applaud everyone that worked on this drama. I connected with this drama all the way, I had to rewind some of the scenes because I didn’t want it to end. To everyone that worked on this, you guys are super talented, amazing and effortlessly great actors. I love every part of it. I wish I could hug everyone on set, but it’s not possible. And I’m happy this was a huge success. You guys deserve the recognition. Thank you guys for making my day, I watched this in less than 24 hours.
For me, I would rate this an easy 10/10! I would really appreciate any recommendations to something similar; no hate, not evil parents, no evil EX, no breakups. Just two people who are deeply in love and are allowed to be and remain in love.

I watched it for my favorite actress Zhao Lusi, but I love all the actors and actresses their acting in here. They really show development in their emotions when the story also develops further. The storyline seems realistic and not exaggerated to me, so it felt durable to watch it. It was visually pleasing as well. Everyone looks handsome and beautiful to the eye. It is a very soft vanilla romance series. I'd definitely recommend this series!If you like soft romance stories, with development starting from young to old, wholesomeness, school involved, lead with sibling, some personal hardships, then this is certainly for you.

A truly amazing Cdrama the best so far this year and I dare say maybe the best Asian drama as well
If you're looking forward to re-experience the innocent crush and first love that ends up to a happy ending with two beautiful eye-candy amazing actors with super heart fluttering chemistry then this is the one you're looking for!! The transition from the young FL to the adult version was very smooth the crush on the older ML made sense the cute interactions between both and the supporting characters is amazing. The story in itself is veryyy beautiful the character were all well written, it is a very bright light drama however it has some sad parts that were quickly solved to keep things simple. The siblings relationship was also so cute and real. I couldn't find anything to nitpick on to be very honest. The casting was on point. Lusi is an amazing actress she was able to portray the innocence, rebellious phase of teens and shyness of having your first crush. Then the maturity, growing up and fighting for her independence and being a strong support to her ML. Chen zheyuan was also exceptional I didn't watch much of his works but he is very good he delivered the emotions on point his eyes were everything! The smiles, the eyes, the look. He did amazing. Both of them had an amazing chemistry on screen and off screen. There wasn't one moment that made you feel cringy or disturbed. It was a beautiful transition from a pure one sided love to a mature relationship between two adults. Everyone who watches the drama won't be able to forget it. This Drama just increased my standard Romcom. 3 days ago just finished this drama and now I don't know why i can't watch any romcom drama.The way this drama took me about 2 days to complete explains how much I loved it.
And trust me this drama had me laughing, smiling and blushing every minute.
They both were each other's first and last love and I loved the how sang zhi back then was not utterly obsessed (trust me I've read books and watched shows like these).
She just always admired him from afar and loved him regardless of his past + duan jiaxu being the greenest flag ever has raises my standards omg....
Not only Chemistry between Sang Zhi & Duan Jia Xu that i loved. I also love Chemistry between Sang Zhi and her family/friends.

the greenest flag character that i've ever met in my whole life. i've learnt a lot from him; how to face the cruelest world when actually you're at the lowest point at your life. thanks to him? thanks to the writer! bravo!
also — thanks to chen zheyuan for succesfully portrayed the duan jiaxu so well! i could'nt imagine any other actors except him tho.

Must watch due to Actors and director
This is a simple story of a girls crush on a boy. What makes it great is the actors and directors magic.ML- his acting was simply superb. He can portray every emotion on this face and communicate through eyes without saying a word. He made emotional scenes look real and surreal.
FL- she’s well known for her acting skills in the roles she’s done. Whether it’s long ballad or who rules world can display varied emotions on her face. Her high schools girl to college transformation was classy.
Director- has made story heart warming and the transitions are smooth during the times of their childhood to adulthood.
Only thing I missed is both FL and ML were good at showcasing the emotions when they looked at each other. The way it’s said a kiss can tell hundreds of things but theirs was lacklustre one. It lacked passion and was cold when it came in last three episodes. Their chemistry was cool but kisses showed lack of passion.
It’s not the case for ZL if you watch who rules world or love like galaxy.
