In one of the hospitals, there is an incident related to blood transfusion - a young patient suffering from anemia, due to neglect of the procedures, is cut off from it. This initially meaningless problem, shakes the entire staff. But not because of medical ethics, but because of the complicated and difficult relationships between employees. It quickly becomes clear, that there are many love dramas, taking place in the ward, through which employees not only neglect their duties, hide their lovers from discovering their medical malpractice, but also start using patients, and risking their lives, wanting to take revenge on their rivals in love, from medical staff.
