Highly Recommended
Just watch it's an incredible show you want disappointed. All of the cast are beautiful and they have this strong bond with each other. I normally don't give reviews I think this is my second time after We Best Love (if my memory is okay) Sometimes having rollercoaster of emotions and having to wait for a week for the episode is worth. Because this show satisfied me to the fullest. Enjoy watching the show you won't regret it ever. For the past few weeks I was rewatching the show because I couldn't wait. I'm sad tomorrow is the last day no more analysis, no more investigations no more fbi in Twitter 🥺 My Friday won't be the same again. This is so good than a bl drama is the fact that this is a reality show or maybe a real time show. They seems like dating in rl too. That's what great about this. Enjoy watching 🎉Was this review helpful to you?
Wonderful show
First Asian "you know what" dating show, aside from its usual much beloved drama, but hey wait Phillipines has one too, Sparky or Spark Camp if I'm wrong. Hmm I wonder when will Thailand will follow suit.To say the least, this reality show is a wonderful start for us and the rest of world to convey the peace message that people "you know what" are also existed and deserved much love too, so let's spread love and tolerance.
Well last but not least, enjoy the show for I will remember well and rewatch the whole episode again.
P.S. Jang min-si, fighting...

Might be an eye-opening to Koreans
The bravery to produce a homosexual dating show is deserving of applause. Like many other countries, South Korea isn’t too open about same-sex relationships. Knowing this, it honestly makes me feel happy that the entertainment industry steps up to introduce gay people to the public without making it a source of profitable desire. Or maybe I’m wrong, but I am just delighted that they decided to be the first show that features real gays finding love-partner in life.Combining eight men in one house isn’t an easy task. The number is already great since it is hard to invite a member of the LGBT+ to be a member of the show that will be seen by the general public. Yes, eight is a small number for an individual to find his true love out of billions of people on the planet. But at least, the show helps them to possibly connect to someone who may be their destined loved ones or something.
The 30-second phone call to your crush was the cutest. It was an adorable way of telling someone that you like them. In contrast, the episode that made me cry was when all of them played around together, forming a circle, then began sharing their coming-out stories along with the painful memories that they got to experience after coming out.
Throughout the show, I feel elated that everyone executes efforts in showcasing their charms and presenting themselves with perseverance. Out of the 8 men, I have two guys who move my heart with their sincere characteristics. The first one is the introverted and dainty Chan Kyu who unfortunately feels like the side character of the show. He was rejected by different people a couple of times but tends to accept it with respect and smiles. The same scenario with my second favorite man, Eun Chan. He is straightforward and candid, demonstrating honesty and approaching someone you like compassionately. Both of them might have failed to find their match at the end of the show but they manage to win and create an impact on a viewer like me.
Congratulations to the two couples who luckily find their date in the show with a hope of a fulfilling and longing relationship. Together with the four lovely men who sadly didn’t go home with a date but more importantly, they all ended up happy and with a positive vision of their future. His Man is a feel-good dating show that is a must-watch for everybody. I’m ending this review with Chan Kyu’s last statement in the finale episode, “I’m tired of witnessing other people’s love.” hehe wishing for all of us to feel love and be loved soon. Fighting!!

Sweet Show
OMG I adored this show so much. I am so NOT a reality show person, but...these guys - they were all so endearingly shy and awkward and sweet with one another...I was totally caught up in it from beginning to end. My heart is happy for some of them...and breaking for the rest. I hope they all go on to find joy and love and happiness and peace in their lives <3I NEVER write reviews...and I RARELY give 10/10 - I have almost 300 shows on my completed list...and before this had only given five 10/10...this is a well-deserving 10/10.

Watch it ,its worth it
First and Foremost I would like to thank South Korea for this amazing show and the contestants for sharing their story with us.I was sad when Chan gyu was rejected but I know in my heart he will find his soulmate. Eun Chan made me laugh through out the show and cry in the last episode I wish him nothing but happiness and love.
For my favourite couple ,Kim Chang Min(the guy who confused most of us ) and Lee Jong Hun( who had a private salon ) I wish you happiness and love (praying for wedding (hahahaha) ).
The most unexcepted couple Hokeep and Hyuk Jun I was surprised that Hopkeep had a crush on Hyuk Jun I didn't except it but am happy for them truly I am.
Lee Hyeon( I wish I was in South Korea I could come to every of your show) I loved his confidence and self esteem in himself it was beautiful , your soulmate will be one lucky person I wish you nothing but happiness and Kim Seon Yul I wish you nothing but happiness ( I was rooting for you and Eun Chan).
I am truly grateful for this show and its lessons and the platforms that made it available to the international funs thank you.
In the future I believe that there will be another season with different contestants and I can't wait.
(P.S Am still waiting for dejavu)

Equality about sexuality
Actually, I came across this reality show# his man on YouTube so I was a little bit curious about what it entails. When I watched the first two episode, I was thrilled with what I saw in the reality show. Despite am from another foreign country(Nigeria) I can't help but fall in love with the show and the cast. It's educative about people's preference concerning LGBT community and the struggles they go through with families, and their country. Am happy this show stands as a voice for the LGBT community. To be true to one's self is the greatest virtue of all. Love yourselfWas this review helpful to you?
Heartwarming and sweet dating reality show!
This show had me hooked from the start! Considering how trashy dating shows in the West are, I was extremely pleased with the way this show was conducted. The cast is fantastic and there is absolutely no unnecessary drama or fighting. I loved meeting these 8 gay men who were looking for love, and the show makers seem to respect that. Even the tasks they had to do and the way they went about "matching" with each other was done nicely while respecting everyone's boundaries.Special mention to the fact that the show-makers spent time asking these men their experiences while living as a gay man in Korea. Hearing their experiences (the good, bad and ugly) really made me appreciate the producers for not making this show as a cash grab but actually supporting LGBTQ+ rights.
My only issue: the way the show went, they really exposed a lot of the men to very humiliating and embarrassing situations. For the people who did not match with anyone, the humiliation was a bit difficult to see. It felt unnecessarily cruel to see them be rejected in front of everyone.
Minor Spoilers Below:
My absolute favorite couple from the beginning were Chang-Min and Jeong-Hyeon. Even when these two did not hit it off at first, I saw the chemistry. I am so happy they end up together and out of all the matches, theirs seems the most real and very sweet. I was absolutely wishing these two together so I was super happy to see them paired up at the end!
Special note: loved Jeong-Hyeon x Eun-Chan x Hyeon, the 'sisters' of the show, whose friendship made me lol too many times!

Good but could be much better.
4/10It was good but I expected much more. (in terms of closeness, e.g. kissing and hugging, cuddling).
(Unfortunately, it was forbidden to kiss what I find very sad and I don´t understand).
My Favorite Couple was Chang Min & Jung Hyun.

Good Start
I’m really happy that the show was made as it brings more awareness and it’s nice to see reality shows doing so. I like the way it started and their introductions and the cast seemed to get along. Though, I think some of them found it difficult to be honest with their feelings which is understandable. I really liked Chan Gyu and I was rooting for him. It’s disappointing that he didn’t get interest from any of the men, I was really surprised cause he had a nice personality and was good looking too. But it’s fine, it’s all about connections so for a start they definitely did a good job.Was this review helpful to you?

Best Inclusive Show Among Every Tiresome Dating Series
Never thought homosexuals behind closed and open doors and scorned by society, are pining each other would make me jump for joy and shatter my heart in sadness. Participants within the show were amiable at best (Seon-yul being my personal favorite of the Men with his professionalism on dealing with others, his confidence, selflessness, and being respectful.) and they displayed genuine reactions of each other's feelings and confession including slight jealousy. It's as if they are being themselves rather than putting on a forced cringe-inducing drama being told by the staff. (Not to say there were a few nitpicks...)One of few justified issues I have is the short time duration and they could have added at least 2 episodes. Despite I love "His Men" and kept rewatching it, couldn't help but having mixed emotions at the last couple of episodes. Not perfect that could easily sway me, but good enough for me to relive back on the best moments seen on-cam.
Note to everyone: "If any of you are deeply rooted for any pairing established here and other pair-up shows aired as of today, hold those in as you may get into a week of depression like me." (The ship of my heart HyeokSeon|Hyeok-jun x Seon-yul having the best slow-burn companionate love got tragically sunk at the end...😭💔)

endearing and unique.
since it was the first season, you could tell much of the budget went towards the dates and the cast as well as the producers were figuring out everything but the whole system of the cards mission I thought was very unique and entertaining. I'm not one to watch a lot of dating shows since it's real people and not actors doing fictional work, I thought 'his man' had real drama, struggle and dialogue. it was well developed by the people behind the scenes. I hope to see more reality shows of these kinds, especially from a country like South Korea.the show was enjoyable. though you could tell they were awkward with each other and thought twice about their actions, it was nice to see their interactions. I hope the cast created a friendship, more than anything and find comfort in meeting more people who understand them and what they have to face everyday in a society who still finds an issue with other's preferences and lives.

Had so much potential.
This became very painful to watch. Partly because of poor Chan-kyu..he was the most genuine out of all of them and they were all blind to it. It was so frustrating to watch. He seemed like such a sweet guy. I hope he meets/has met a much better partner that would appreciate him after this.
I pretty much skipped majority of the last few episodes just because of how frustrated I was for him. I hope the next few seasons are much better.
Overall though it’s nice to see a queer reality show from SK. Was never on my bingo list. Hopefully this opens the door for many more. And starts a positive conversation in their society.
