Horror Hotline... Big Head Monster (2001)

In the 1960s, in a Western district hospital, a woman gave birth to a mutant baby who killed its mother and attacked the nurses and doctors. It was later taken away by a government agency and was never seen again. The story fast forwarded forty years later---a team of American reporters were shooting an interview with a famous Hong Kong radio show known as 'Horror Hotline'. When one of the shows was on air, a mystery guest on the phone told his story about his childhood experience with the big-headed mutant baby. The story became well known throughout the night and the show had a very high rating. The producer of the show and the reporter made further investigations about the story and the truth led them to shocking surprises and many mysterious events.
