Short and sweet, zero drama full of love!
A simple review befitting of a simple show - this is such a hidden gem! To me at least. I rate shows based on how they make me feel and I felt the fuzzies and just so much joy watching the couples.A quick 22 ep and 10+ min per ep means everything is kept short and sweet with no filler or drama but still enough time to properly develop our lead’s relationship from start till end. Very easy to follow and great chemistry from our leads! The plot is also quite unique - it could have turned dramatic since the leads’ parents are getting married (hence could complicate their relationship) but this short series never took itself too seriously and viewers shouldn’t either. It’s relatively mature for a cdrama as we get plenty of kisses (and they aren’t just pecks!) from the couples. It’s focused on romance and no side or overall plot.
This started as a quick filler so I didn’t think much of it but it really exceeded my expectations! The soundtrack is super good, would rewatch.

Simple story, relatively well-executed
Basic concept is two young people with unrequited high-school crush, and their parents (his dad, her mom) want to marry. Awkward all around.Fairly fluffy story with no major angst. Acting was pretty good, esp FL. The three couples were all plausible, and there were no love triangles. Chemistry for main couple was iffy -- sometimes great, sometimes contrived. Simple sets (new city apartment, work location, and village home), but each felt pretty real.
Even with only 22 episodes 15-minutes-long, the story was well-developed. While you may not agree with all the decisions, each character was behaving *in* character (i.e. script writers didn't make them do things that didn't fit).
Overall, worth a watch when you don't have time to invest in long episodes.
Worst part was the subbing -- in the subbed version I saw, sound was off by at least 2 seconds, and English/Chinese subs were disconnected. Subs were OK; only a few that made you roll your eyes. Watch it in Chinese-only if you can; sound was aligned with speech.

Short fluffy drama
Overall I liked this short drama, and probably would have rated it higher if it wasn’t for some of the iffy writing.The best friend is questionable far too often. Her lovely green flag bf has to put up with a lot, I’m not sure a guy would tolerate her flip floppy fickle behavior.
The FL also behaves very questionable for someone who’s been in love for 10+ yrs you’d think when it happens you’d be happy. I didn’t like how the writers wrote her response or her initial behavior once in a relationship. It just does nothing to build any chemistry and seems off.
There’s some angst but its very minimal, no triangles thank goodness and no drama with the parents, so lets be thankful that trope was skipped.
Little puppy is adorable we needed more scenes ?

Cute, no trauma romance with a great start
Note this series is very short - not a bad thing in general.
I really enjoyed (on Viki) this short series. The premise (rekindled love) is not new, but the initial episode and its set up of the backstory was awesome. The first few minutes were very clever and fun! One of the most amusingly awkward setups ever :-)
The rest of the series was not that as good as the first 15 minutes, but still fun and enjoyable.
The acting was OK, but not great. I liked the FL lead the best. She is super cute and her acting was the most natural of the bunch, so kudos to Xiao Yu.
A couple of other reviews had likes and dislikes that I agree with, so I won't repeat them. Except for this one: I also would have rated this even higher, but some of the writing was iffy. A couple of scenes in particular I was thinking... nah... wouldn't happen.
My other negative is I was a bit disappointed with the ML's actions a couple of times. Pushing himself physically on the FL a bit too much when she was still not sure how she felt. And I also thought it was somewhat out of character.
Anyway, fun and enjoyable. Light and fluffy. Fun initial setup. Watch it!

Sweet romantic drama ❤️
I really enjoyed this drama which a a great storyline with two people finding the love that they had in high-school ten years later and discovering the love they still had for each other. I would most definitely recommend this drama it is a very sweet drama about love. I will rewatch it again. Some of the music I didnt really care for but it was still good. The second couple was so sweet and loving with each other. Both the main couple and second couple had teally chemistry together which made it even better.Was this review helpful to you?

Phim làm khá tốt về khái quát khi các miêu tả ngắn gọn nhưng đầy đủ về từng nhân vật cũng như bối cảnh chungCốt truyện lôi cuốn, hài nhẹ pha lẫn những cảnh lãng mạn siêu ngọt, đảm bảo sẽ phù hợp cho những người muốn giải trí không cần quá căng não khi xem.
Dàn diễn viên diễn khá ổn, cặp đôi chính Dương Hỷ Lạc (Tiêu Vũ) và Đinh Nhiễm (Tào Ân Tề) đã làm khá tốt về những cảnh lãng mạn, nhưng những cặp đôi phụ có phần hơi chưa đạt và chỉ góp phần vào các tình tiết phim. Chưa thể hiện đủ áp lực khi chỉ là những áp lực qua lời thoại.
Thời lượng ngắn cũng là con dao 2 lưỡi khi khi nó khiến phim không quá dài dòng về khái quát nhân vật cũng như những vấn đề được giải quyết nhanh hơn, gọn hơn. Nhưng vì thời lượng quá ngắn (10-20 phút/tập x 22 tập ≈ 220-440 phút ≈ 3,7-4,3 tiếng) cho 3 cặp đôi khác nhau nên bỏ lỡ rất nhiều thứ có thể khai thác trước và sau cái kết của bộ phim khiến người xem khá hụt hững.
Với cá nhân tôi thì bộ phim mạng rất nhiều yếu tố xem lại vì những cảnh lãng mạn trong phim thật sự kích thích những trái tim đang cần bùng cháy trở lại. Dù bạn đã biết hết các tình tiết trong phim nhưng việc xem phim vẫn sẽ khiến cho bạn cảm giác như vừa mới xem.
Chốt lại là một bộ phim bị underrated khá nhiều và nên được phổ biến hơn.
