The most perfect mini drama!
I've watched a few other mini dramas before this one, but wow does this one blow the others away! I found that other mini dramas always lacked in one area whether it be a confusing story, not-so-great acting, or low production value. Whoever made this drama definitely took notes and improved on all aspects.The story isn't anything new to seasoned watchers/readers, but it's fun, well executed, and stays interesting throughout the entirety of the drama. The relationship between the female and male lead is built up beautifully. There was not a single second wasted on filler or confusing plotline. I really liked all the characters and thought there were some truly funny, heartwarming, and sad moments. The actors had good chemistry and all of them did well in their respective roles. The female and male lead were especially charismatic and brought their characters to life.
I wish the 2nd ml got a more rounded out ending, I think they kind of left him hanging LOL. The villain wasn't particularly villainous which didn't really bother me because I was looking for a feel-good drama.
Overall, I highly recommend this drama!

Short and sweet trans-world story with fierce FL
This is a nice mini-show. The storyline about a woman entering a novel/show she is reading/watching/writing is something we have seen before. But there are things that set this show apart from others, like the lightheartedness and FLs rather brutal personality. Neither the scheming girl or “the villain” are that bad and FL is fierce and totally against the character she ends up playing in the show she enters.Character wise:
Many comments say that FL is too violent (and I tend to agree) but we have to remember that FL knows she is in a fictitious world so she can pretty much do as she feels like doing. So when she is abusive and violent, she knows it’s not real. In the real world she would never do that since there would be serious consequences.
ML is kind of the usual CEO-type although he is not cold.
Acting wise this was mostly fine but I couldn’t help thinking that they should have casted ML and 2ML the other way around. 2ML was much more charismatic and would have played a more credible ML - in my opinion.
Anyway, if you want something short and sweet, this is well worth watching.

Pacing issues but a fun binge
I think if I had watched this as it came out one by one, I would have dropped it much earlier. But since there's the full version on YT, I decided to give this 2 1/2 hour show a shot.It's not amazing, I wouldn't even say it's good. But it was an interesting watch, and I liked that the female lead wasn't a pushover.
My biggest issue was that there were some pacing issues. The female lead finds the male lead annoying and starts to warm up to him a bit, but then all of a sudden she loves him in a I-will-sacrifice-myself-for-love kind of way. It's a little too sudden to be believable. The second female lead also has a similar, sudden change of heart that is not so believable.
The concept was good, but I do wish it had gotten fleshed out more. There were quite a few plot holes that left me a bit puzzled (what happened to the original Su Li? how did we figure out what the heart of stallone thing was? what does the ending mean?) but for a short web drama, it wasn't too bad.
(Also, if you're watching it on YT, please note the english subs are not the greatest. I'm lucky enough to understand enough Mandarin to not be confused, but the translation is quite confusing.)
