OST and beautiful #zhaolusi's diving seen captures the audiences. Episode 1 sets the stage for the audience and increases the curiosity to watch the next episode. The heart fluttering first encounter between duan wu and zhang jinran is out of the box!!!!!!!!!!

Phenomenal acting. I love the opening. In fact, i love everything and it's only the first ep. Everyone should start watching this drama. The leads, Zhao Lusi and Liu Yuning's acting drove the show

The start of the show where DuanWu was underwater tells a story already of how she grew up and feel comfortable picking pearls underwater and her sad struggles of a slave. The OST and Cinematography is quite impressive as well.

Episode 1 dives straight into the theme of slavery, creating a gripping and fast-paced atmosphere. It’s a heavy and dark start, but there are moments that shine with hope for freedom. One of the standout scenes is a beautifully shot moment of the female lead swimming, which adds a touch of grace and possibility amid the turmoil.

Duan Wu is coming! The seemingly weak female pearl diver is actually the toughest life fighter. Zhao Lusi once again delivered her character really well you wouldn't see any of her past character here, you would only see Duan Wu.

Episode 1 is spicy HOT!!!! I really love how the directors cast child lusi in hidden love. Lusi and her are really a look alike. Fu Buhan is there too which is a fanstastic reuunion together with Yuning! Episode 1 is so pretty, the set is so pretty and the a ting are top notch!

This is how you start a new show. Wow just WOW. We need more drama like this willing to take on darker plots and themes especially when dealing with time periods like this. It's often too glamorised and some things are romanticised like SA, I'm so happy this didn't disappoint.

It was so captivating, Lusi looks absolutely beautiful and the storyline seems very interesting so far, it's quite unique. I love it.

This is a worthy pirate story.
These 4 episodes are intense. We have a true red flag here. He is sincere, sensitive and ruthless at the same time. The anti-hero seeks revenge at any cost. The heroine also seeks revenge on someone, but she dreams of freedom, independence and success. The girl with the pearl, Duan Wu, is truly different, determined, and wins over everyone around her with her courage and strength of spirit. The story of the two complements each other harmoniously. The plot is coherent, like the pieces on the board always fitting together and organizing the elements coherently. But who is Yan Zi Jing's sister? I think it is the woman who fought with Duan Wu, the pirate woman. I loved the poetry recitation scene. Does Yan Zi Jing have an illness? What illness is that? The hero/anti-hero needs to have some vulnerability, right? In addition to the emotional one that he carries with him.

Those underwater scenes are breathtakingly beautiful and amazing. Zhao Lusi is Like a little mermaid swimming.Bravo to the whole team. Really well done. So excited to watch more.
