Today i started watching this drama. The first two chapters had an impact on me, the story seems super interesting and different. I'm excited to continue watching the rest of the episodes and see what adventures the heroine will go through.

What an epic scene in this episode 2. Selfless motherly love. Both Lady eight & Duan Wu stole this episode. Extremely well executed. Again #zhaolusi outshines in the performance

The dancing, the costume, the set, the cinematograhpy and the twist at the end, it's perfect. Hats off to the director and actors/actressess. It's an award winning show. For sure.

I’m definitely impressed. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Lusi playing a character like this! It is gritty, it is raw and it’s hard to watch at times but this is how women of lower status was treated. Everyone should watch it.

The first episode was so perfect. ZLS and LYN did a great job. I was amazed by how Lu Si made the audience feel every scene.

Lusi never failed to make me cried.. heartaches ??Bo Han the best didi for her and friend's betrayal in the 2nd episode make me speechless. However, Mr. Zhang, sudden many people shipping you with Duanwu ?

Luv the first meeting of our Second Lead and DuanWu here, and the scenery by the lake, it was quite heartwarming to see DuanWu feels respected and she finally get to smile talking to someone who finds her amazing.

I really love how the FL’s dance connects to her memories and childhood. The themes of survival and injustice carry on, but we also get a glimpse into her relationship with her biological mother, which was such a poignant moment. Huge props to Lusi and the actress who played the mother—their scene were absolutely incredible!

Zhao lusi never fail to amaze me always. Dang so emotional. Liu Yuning acting is very satisfying too, love how expressive his killer eyes. And i love his bearing.

This episode was so emotional and it hit all the emotional highs it needed to. Srap that!!! It exceeded them. This episode made me cry so damn hard. I was ugly crying and this is only ep 2. Zhao Lusi is a powerhouse and I see why she fought so hard and long for this project

This episode was a shocker, a secret was dropped before the heartbreaking scene just tugged at my heartstrings. Zhao Lu Si's acting was phenomenal as usual.

This is a worthy pirate story.
These 4 episodes are intense. We have a true red flag here. He is sincere, sensitive and ruthless at the same time. The anti-hero seeks revenge at any cost. The heroine also seeks revenge on someone, but she dreams of freedom, independence and success. The girl with the pearl, Duan Wu, is truly different, determined, and wins over everyone around her with her courage and strength of spirit. The story of the two complements each other harmoniously. The plot is coherent, like the pieces on the board always fitting together and organizing the elements coherently. But who is Yan Zi Jing's sister? I think it is the woman who fought with Duan Wu, the pirate woman. I loved the poetry recitation scene. Does Yan Zi Jing have an illness? What illness is that? The hero/anti-hero needs to have some vulnerability, right? In addition to the emotional one that he carries with him.
