Circle of Love

What they have in common:
Male leads in love with the same woman.
Multiple revenge plots: the governor, the female lead and the villain male lead.
Power struggle for the Governor position.
Female lead with amnesia and forgotten identity.
Rape, pregnancy and forced abortion.
Sad ending.

I recommend it because have similar vibe.
Both dramas are similar because the male leads are cold, aggressive and forceful in their love to the female lead.
One is revenge love after a misunderstanding full of twists, while the other is fateful encounter where she saved him and after that in their next encounters he won’t leave her alone.

Domineering male lead attempts to control female lead. Both dramas have great chemistry and steamy kiss scenes.

Both are set in the Republican era and have a similar premise with characters that have a ambivalent relationship dynamic.

Distrust between the leads. Cat and mouse kind of relationship. Amnesia arc! And Angsty. Circle of Love is more tragic though, but has incredible acting from the leads with undeniable chemistry.

Both are mini dramas with the same actor as the ML, in which the FL is betrayed and returns for revenge against the ML with the two falling into a love/hate relationship. Both are historical, although set in different eras.

Both chinese republican era dramas with Li Jiu Lin.

Both are Republican Era mini dramas in which the FL wrongfully blames the ML for destroying her family and enters his house for revenge where the MLs treats her coldly or cruelly.

Both ares stories of a love-hate relationship wherein the man lied to her about his identity and is framed into being guilty of murdering her family, and though she hates him she can't get rid of her feelings for him.

Different historical settings, very similar plot and vibes. Both are mini dramas with a love/hate relationship between the leads. Both MLs betray the FL, destroying her family, ML keeps her prisoner in his house, she returns for revenge. Both FLs lose their memory twice, and become pregnant leading to one of the leads killing the unborn child in a fit of anger. Both dramas have ambiguous endings where one or both leads seemingly die with an epilogue that could be seen as a dream, a next life, or an illogical happy ending.

Both are republican era love stories with mean/badass MLs and lots of steamy scenes.

CR is a full length drama while CoL is a mini-series.
ML in CR is from the mafia, ML from CoL is governer of the city.
Both are revenge based where the FL believes the ML killed her fam (comes later in CR).

When I saw the preview of Circle of Love, I automatically thought of False Face and True Feelings. They are in the same time period and are both short series with hot male leads. The differance is just that one of them has a sad ending.

ML is the biggest red flag, do anything to keep the girl
The ML killed the family members of the FL but deeply falls in love with FL, In circle of love the FL and ML have a tragic ending but this time i think they will have happy ending and the ML is more vicious than circle of love here.

It’s a slap-and-kiss drama with a monster for a ML. Even still, their chemistry is titillating. You feel appalled, but keep watching anyway. Even though it’s rough, it’s toned down and softer.
