Great drama ?
It just so interesting, it the only kdrama that I watched this year that made me want to go back to my old self watching kdramas ?, it worth it trust me the acting, production,Ost ,casts etc everything was at the peak of natural refreshing ? there is a plot that has not been explained in more detail
This is a beautiful story, a drama with a true romantic comedy genre. Even though the main characters of this drama have big problems because they are dealing with a taxi driver character, that doesn't mean the content of the story is always about anxiety about what will happen. So I really enjoyed watching the drama because the plot was neat and fresh.in terms of OST, cinematography, acting, even other small things, I think it's perfect. It feels like it's been a long time since I've seen a drama with content like this.
I like all the actors' acting which is perfect and can bring this very fantasy story to life. Happiness and sadness and even shame really reach the audience of this drama.
Actually, the part about Sunjae who died in the first timeline is still not enough to explain a little. The discussion about the part of a watch being a time travel tool is also limited even though it has only been shown implicitly. but because all 15 episodes are full of plot twists, it feels lacking because there is no breakthrough about the mystery of this watch. (I wanted to give a score of 9 if there was a more detailed explanation about the time travel)
Overall this drama is very beautiful. every episode is unpredictable what it will be like. The scriptwriter seems to know what the audience will think, so it breaks the audience's imagination with a better plot.
This is a vivid fantasy story, as if time travel really exists. I really appreciate every beautiful content of the drama. acting that satisfies the audience and feels very real.

One for histrory
This drama is one in a miilon. The story line to the acting and ost is just to perfection.STORYLINE
its captivating snd a different take in the whole time traveling stories. It was perfect from the start to end and you see that its worth 16 epsodies and in dumple terms very captivating.
Cast
The whole cast that was chosen from the main leads to the supporting leads was just perfect and they had good chemistry which made watching them feel likr its reality. So in simple terms they brought the show to life especially the main leads their chemistry was off the roof it looked like they where in love for real.
Ost
The soundtrack for this drama was to die for and it fit the whole anesthetic for show. In other words it brought the emotions of the characters to life and its really fun to listen to
Overall rating for the show is a 8.7 out of ten and its really one for the books in the long run its going tobe a classic

Please do watch the drama, it's absolutely jem!!!You will go through a rollercoaster of emotions, you'll find yourself sobbing one day and bursting with laughter on other.

I was watching the drama as it was getting aired two days a week, I couldn't wait for a week for next 2 episodes. It also made be waiting for Monday, one of day's which I never liked.

FOUND MYSELF HEALING THRU THIS DRAMA
These days living was so hard & disappointed in a lot of things. I need to escape, find a space where I can forget the reality for a while and imagine some dreamy future. Hehehe~ Luckily I found this drama.I just finished all 16 episodes yesterday. I just wanna say~ GOOD JOB TO ALL CASTS, PDs & the WRITER. I totally enjoyed the drama. Started watching because of HyeYoon-nim, been her fans since running man (with her as the guest). Her bright real life character do affected me. I found myself act like her sometimes. hahaha..
The story was written perfectly. Let me present to you some of my favorite parts:
1. Im Sol's character - Quite different from other dramas. She is not in love with the ML at the beginning, it's just purely love as a fan who supported her bias idol. Just like other kpop idol fans who are unconditionally supporting their idols, wishing for their best and so on. In addition, she only accepted SunJae's love after quite some times. She's not just blindly in love with the handsome ML. And I was super in love with her funny, clumsy little girl character. HyeYoon indeed portrays Im Sol character the best. I can't even imagine others being Im Sol.
2. SunJae's character - I know that he falls in love with Im Sol at the first sight. But to stay loving someone for 15 years without confessing is another level of love. There's no second FL also a plus point. Otherwise, it would be annoying. I also love his loserism character. Dramas always portrays the ML as perfect man, but this time is different. He's charming in his own way. And he loves in Im Sol in all timeline.
3. Taesung's character - The greenest second ML ever. I was crying a few times because of him. He wished for Im Sol's happiness sincerely. And he indeed the reason why at the end SunJae & ImSol can be together. I don't mind when the writer did not elaborate on his backstory. I just want to see Taesung as it is. No need his tragic/sad back story. Present Taesung is the best as portrays.
4. In Hyuk - Our cupid friend!!! His unconditionally supporting SunJae to confess the love to Im Sol was so funny. He's being the best friend of SunJae was a good character written ever. Thankfully he can be the artist at the end, hahaha ~ how can writer wrote him as a singer with bad vocal. In real life, he is really good in singing, our N.flying leader-nim.
5. Im Geum & Hyun Joo - Although these characters seem comic and unserious, at some point there are some life lessons that I get from both of them. Im Geum seems quite clumsy, but as I realized he is a protective brother. Hyun Joo seems unserious all the time, but her character developed after married was good too. They both delivers some good advice to Im Sol's - "In order to gain something, also be ready to lose something too. - Im Geum" "It would be nice if I can change my fate but if it caused to not get seeing my children, then I hope my fate unchanged. - Hyun Joo". Love these two.
Whatever it is, I do enjoy the drama & happy while watching. Smiling, kicking my blanket like crazy~ oh my~ it's been a while since I last watching Kdramas. Seriously looking forward to their next project, especially HyeYoon-nim. Hwaiting!!!

A Masterpiece
This drama series is a masterpiece.NO CHEESY WORDS can describe this kind of kdrama. This is one of the best series I was watched since 2006. I'm glad that all actors are giving their best. They compliment each other's and they build a harmonious environment. I love Kim Hye Yoon

Romcom, romcoming right: The Ultimate Kdrama Starter-pack
It has crime and fantasy elements, but just as plot driver, doesn't change the genre much. It so focus on the main couple without too much filler scenes. Some parts have angsty tone (for me, mainly episode 1), but somehow I see them as filler only, so like I said before, not a lot of that. This is the type of drama that 100% will have happy ending. So all the angst doesn't give me stress at all. It just give boost to the romance narrative, like, "I love you more than the life itself."-narrative. The antagonist story is lame, doesn't worth to occupy your mind, just see him as plot driver. His ending is so quick, but suitable to the story. The rest of the plot is just light and fresh romantic story.So yeah, it just... romcom? It's sweet and romantic and funny, cringe sometimes but in good portion. The plot is not super heavy nor boring. Actually, I doesn't have much too say except it's a romcom, romcoming right. Basically, story of two simps that we all love??
The visual is great, the actors acting nicely, the story is well written, good cinematography, good OST, nicely edited. Will written in history as another great drama stared by Kim Hye Yoon and the drama that finally give Byeon Woo Seok good role. Also, another reminder that Kwon Jung Yeol only sing soundtrack for success drama, haha.
It's worth to be included on "The Ultimate Kdrama Starter-pack".
Ps. No hate to the drama, but just want to give a note. If anybody want to get rid your belonging, please throw that to trash bin or recycle bin or whatever proper place according to your country system. These movies and dramas keep throwing things to river or ocean to get rid their mementos. That things would not suddenly disappear, for goodness sake! Just end up as aquatic trash! I've seen some people doing that in real life because fiction making it seems 'romantic' or 'dramatic'. Not cool guys.

the best
The best bangat Lovely Runner ditengah drakor yang berat udah lama drakor tidak ada drama yang ringan dan manis. Intinya bagus untuk di tonton saat healing begini gk buat pikiran tambah berat dengan teori” udah nontonnya kita ikutin alurnya aj,aktingnya byeon woo seok dan kim hye yoon keren habis bisa bawain cerita kayak gini bawa kita sebahgai penonton untuk melihat perjuangan Ryu sun jae dan im sol dimana Ryu sun jae yg selalu ada untuk im sol walaupun dia sakit dan sampai” dibuat lupa ingatan pun masih bisa sesuka itu sama im sol.
Drama ini ngajarin bahwa walaupun otak kita berkata demikian tapi hati pasti tidak bisa berbohong.

this will be your all time best k-drama
this drama was perfect in so many ways. both lead actors were done perfect job. I already miss them. this drama has no boring episode . I will re watch this for sure probably every year:) the Male lead is my fovourite his facial expressions and mimics made this drama this good. So happy that he was chosen for this role. THE BEST
this has become my favourite kdrama of all time. i can’t stop thinking about it. every episode is a balance of romance, comedy and thriller. its the only drama even after the couple confessed I WANTED TO SEE MORE. I NEED TO SEE MORE. Kim Hyeyoon and Byeon Wooseok have killed it in this drama. every cast member actually played a huge role into bringing this masterpiece together. the chemistry between everyone is amazing and it shines through in the drama.THE OST my gosh i’m in love with the ost, sudden shower, spring snow and may I love you? is on repeat. i feel like im going through withdrawal now that Ive accepted the drama is over. its absolutely phenomenal im jealous of anyone who hasn’t watched it id do anything to erase my memory and watch it for the first time again.

words can’t describe how this kdrama left me after every episode?i was in complete shock?it was like no other dramas. it made me experience the sea of emotions whether it was sad, happy, amazed, angry and etc. i’ve watched quite a lot kdramas but like this one??? I started watching this drama because the premise seemed intriguing. Written by the same screenwriter behind "True Beauty" and starring Kim Hye Yoon, whose talent I appreciated in "Extraordinary You," I didn't have high expectations; I anticipated something similar to those other dramas. However, now that I've finished it, I can confidently say that it not only met but far exceeded my expectations in every category, surpassing even my wildest imagination.Story
What truly distinguishes this drama from other romcom, time-slip, and fantasy series is how the story unfolds over its 16 episodes. By weaving together multiple timelines, the narrative offers characters various meet-cutes, challenging situations, delightful montages, and enlightening moments, keeping viewers engaged and intrigued throughout. Unlike other romcoms that introduce a random killer midway, "Lovely Runner’s" entire storyline revolves around the villain's actions affecting the main characters, seamlessly integrating with the plot. Additionally, the writer ensures a balanced mix of elements in each episode, preventing viewers from enduring lengthy stretches of heavy plot centered solely on the killer. The pacing was executed perfectly, ensuring viewers neither felt rushed nor bored. Every scene was given just the right amount of time, culminating in a fully satisfying happy ending in the final two episodes.
Characters
All the characters were well-crafted, with even the majority of the supporting cast being three-dimensional. Unlike many other romcoms, where the comedic burden often falls solely on the actress and a few sidekicks, this drama distributes the humor evenly. Both the male and female leads, as well as the supporting characters, share an equal amount of comedic scenes.
Ryu Seon Jae: Who can resist falling in love with this character? He loves the main lead unconditionally and is willing to sacrifice his life for her time and again. Loyal, brave, and innocent (as his father says, "pure as oxygen"), he embodies all these qualities beautifully.
Im Sol: It's impossible not to cheer for our heroine as she bulldozes through every obstacle to rescue her love. She is loud, sweet, and a force to be reckoned with. Most importantly, she is strong; despite has lived with a disability, she faced a killer without fear, confronting the villain head-on to protect what she loves.
Kim Tae Sung: A second male lead who is not annoying or clingy, but a reliable friend to our main leads. It would be even nicer to know a little bit of his backstory.
Baek In Hyuk: A fantastic sidekick, always ready to deliver the best funny moments.
Acting
Byeon Woo Seok: To be honest, I've only seen him in "Record of Youth," but I fast-forwarded through 70% of that drama. Now, I question why I wasn't aware of this great actor earlier. His performance in this drama was exceptional. He effortlessly transforms from a 19-year-old high schooler to a 34-year-old idol. His expressions were so precise that you could feel the joy, sadness, longing, and countless moments of embarrassment. Additionally, his portrayal of an idol was incredibly believable, and he sang the drama's OSTs beautifully.
Kim Hye Yoon: It's difficult to distinguish Kim Hye Yoon from her character Im Sol because her performance was so convincing. What I love most about Kim Hye Yoon is her natural, sincere, and unpretentious demeanor. When she acts cute, it never comes off as annoying due to her genuine charm. When she portrays sadness, you can't help but want to cry along with her, and since she cried quite often in this drama, it was hard not to reach for the tissue box. When she passionately sings as a kpop fan, she perfectly embodies the fervor of someone you'd find at a concert.
Final thoughts
This exceptional drama sets a new benchmark for all romcoms, time-slip stories, and fantasy genres. The "Lovely Runner" team's outstanding efforts—from the director, screenwriter, and casting director to the editor, sound crew, and actors—deserve high praise. They have truly outdone themselves.
