Xiao Xiao is a girl with ADHD, bullied and isolated by her classmates at school. Even her own mother sees her as a troublemaker, and her father, who works abroad for an extended period, is like a familiar yet distant stranger. Only her school teacher, Paul, seems to understand and alleviate her emotions. One day, during a typhoon, Xiao Xiao witnesses a secret between her mother and Paul.
