Sophomore girl Xu Fang Ting runs a funeral home called "Jiahe Xinglv" in her family, which makes her an outcast and forces her to form a small group with other misfits. However, she envies the popular and attractive group on campus, known as the "Heavenly Beauties," and secretly admires a senior member of the group. The community they live in also sees the funeral home as an ill omen, and the local councilor leads the community members in an attempt to drive Jiahe out of the neighborhood.
