Under the Skin Season 2 (2024)

• Insect Detective is about an Insect Genius who helps with crime solving and the storyline is amazing!
• Under The Skin 2 is about a forensic sketch artist who helps with crime solving and his partner who is the captain of the team. The cases are amazing! This season dives into more complex human emotions and you never know where the case might end up! (A little biased since my fav is UTS)
• If you liked one you'll mostly enjoy the other because there are similarities. Both have great Actors and a great Plot!

both characters are enemy at first, one of the characters (Chi Zhen) is not a police officer at first but after a while he join the force and become Partner of Lu li, the main Character.
like UTS, their bound become strong slowley and they form a good Bromance!
The story and acting is amazing, the cases are good and the design of the whole show is perfect.

If you like Under the Skin (season 2), you might like The Truth Within. Mystery, crime investigation, advances in forensic technology, detective police work, mental health, complex intricate cases.

Under the skin is the first season.
Both of the drama has the same actors and actresses. Both main leads are present and the supporting cast is also present.

The male leads are brilliant detectives but almost lose grip with reality as they interact with violent criminals. They have high empathy which makes them deeply understand criminal behavior to their detriment. They both have partners who bring them back to reality

If you like dramas which like to delve into the strange, weird and wonderful lives of humans, mixed with some murders, then both Under The Skin and The Journey Across the Night will be highly recommended. Both are headed with leads with good chemistry and side kicks. Journey Across the Night is under appreciated and is one of the best out there, it too possibly has a second season planned.
