On her first day of college, Lu Mian Mian is bullied for being deaf and using a hearing aid. When the music professor Quin Moan arrives, he accidentally steps on her and crushes her hearing aid. Later on, she is picked by Quin Moan to be his music partner when playing the piano and receives new hearing aids from him as compensation. This triggers a whole new wave of bullying. One day, when Lu Mian Mian runs from her attackers, she is saved by Professor Mo Yu Xian, who is a scientist studying blood. His lab becomes a place for her to hide every now and then. Lu Mian Mian is soon entangled with Quin Moan, whom she falls in love with, and Mo Yu Xian, who seems to take a special interest in her. Short and interesting vampire story
This is a short but interesting vampire story. The storyline is simple and easy to follow. Even if it is such a short format, it doesn’t feel rushed.Character wise:
FL is a sweet and musically skilled woman who uses hearing aids. That combination makes her an easy target for some of her classmates.
ML is a 300 years old vampire who is the heir to his clan. Meeting FL triggers an urge to protect her.
Acting wise this is very good. The actors do a great job with their characters within the limited timeframe. Their chemistry is also good.
Well, if you like a nice vampire story with a satisfying ending, this is definitely well worth the watch.
