His hatred wars with his angst as he slowly uncovers what Tang Shi has suffered over the years while also trying to raise the son he didn't know he had and who carries a deep resentment for him on his mother's behalf. Traumatic Masterpiece
ML thought she killed his pregnant mistress and he sent her to prison for 5 years. Within those five years she was tortured and also gave birth to their son. When she is released she tries to start a new life without him. The show explores the darker side of chaebols and includes themes like suicide and rape. This masterpiece of acting was a phenomenal introduction into Wang Gege and her vast array of acting skills.Was this review helpful to you?
