The film focuses on two detectives trying to solve the case of the notorious 300 million yen robbery case. Katagiri, is an energetic young detective who teams up with a grizzled veteran named Takiguchi who’s close to retirement. Together, they investigate a murder that occurred by Sumida River, and soon discover that the victim was one of the suspects in the yet-unsolved 300 million yen robbery case.
