ML is an immature and hypocratic POS

I started watching this as I am fan of the FL.

The ML is calculative from the first episode. Didn't like his character at all. He forcefully sends his sister abroad breaking her love saying " career is more important" and then suddenly feels bad that FL is going for a 3 years training . I mean he is okay with breaking up his sister's love in the name of career but doesn't want FL to leave him. He doesn't understand FL at all and keeps misunderstanding and throwing tantrums. Overall FL has a mature role in this one and all other characters are good except ML.
The ending is nothing substantial as well.

Love this drama and leads

I am loving this drama and watching anxiously… the ML and FL are great actors and they have amazing chemistry. I love dramas like this… the leads always play good roles…. This Dr has action, romance, humor, mystery and more… ML is a good brother and falls in love with the FL quickly …. I can’t wait until the next episode… the ML assistant needs to let go and the FL doctor male coworker need to let go…. ML and FL make a good couple… Lawyer/doctor but with common interest and strong attraction … the third couple was so unnecessary… they took away from time the lead couple couple have shared

Lighthearted Series, with a sense of Morality

Well another Modern CDrama done and time for a Review....^_^

Not going to lie, I mainly decided to watch this series all due to the ML (Luo Yun Xi), really have enjoyed his modern series to date.

Story: Your average typical story of ML/FL all having suffered the one fate of a past circumstances and how they shaped their lives once they have matured into modern society. ML being a lawyer joins a volunteered not for profit organization specifically there to help those in need when tragedy takes place, has compelling hero sense when it comes rescuing people in need, where as FL (quite annoying at times) being a doctor, joins this group and also in the beginning has misjudged ML as well as many things throughout the series. The side story between other casts is quite intriguing, the dialogue and script is well paced and the sense of having morals and ethics throughout the series is well played. The downfall to this series mainly in my opinion is the ML/FL chemistry is quite flawed, throughout the whole series I did not feel or can understand how they ended up being a couple. (This is very subjective in my opinion) I felt the connection alot more with the other couples of the series and how hard they had to work in order to be together.

Acting: ML/FL can act just lacked chemistry. Other cast members played their parts well, I liked younger sister of the ML and her acting as a mute character with only being able to sign language or write things down, she played her role very very well and her partnered male also played his character really well. In relation to the father of the FL, he did an amazing job whereas the 2nd couple for the most part was quite (Blah)......it wasn't horrible but definitely not the highlight, I guess that's why they aren't the main couple.

Music: Nothing amazing here, quite basic in my opinion

Rewatch Value: This is very subject to opinion, for the story 1st time round its great, will I want to watch this again, yes but not for about a year or so, its a good series for a filler if there is nothing else around. I would be picking certain episodes rather than rewatching the whole thing from scratch

Overall: Good story, has morals and ethics of everyday modern life and I believe it pays alot of respect to volunteers that wish to help others in need. Good for anyone who has not seen this before however do not expect this to be a knockout, take it for what it is, enjoy the story.

Hope this helps people make up their minds whether its worth a watch, please note the above info is subjective and apologies if others may not feel the same.

unlikeable characters

I know I only watched this to episode 5, but I really couldn't continue any longer. There are three couples, and four of the people were quite unlikeable. I'm not sure if this ends up being a pride and prejudice retelling, but that's what I got from the main couple. The lawyer seems uncaring (except towards his sister), overbearing, and expects money to solve everything while happily trampling over the dedication and moral fortitude of everyone else. The doctor isn't as bad, but she appears to be oblivious to the politics of her job, and I just don't think this blindness fits with the rest of her character. It's frustrating. The cartoonist is TOO stubborn and melodramatic. I finally have up this show when she has a temper tantrum with whining manipulation to get something she truly wasn't fit for our deserving of. The second generation kid has no IQ and charms/tricks others into completing his responsibilities. I did love the third couple (the teacher and the courier) and I might read up on their story simply so I don't have to put up with the other two couples. I went into this hoping for something similar to You are My Hero, My Dear Guardian, or even Descendants of the Sun, but was sorely disappointed. I also recently dropped Blue Flame Assault, so maybe it's just a case of nothing composting to old favorites. Maybe Light Chaser Rescue gets better later on, but it wasn't worth it to me.

Non so da dove cominciare.

La storia parte abbastanza bene e mi è piaciuta, ma ad una certa cala drasticamente.
1) La parte medica è forse l'unico punto che parte male quasi fin da subito e tale rimane per tutta la durata siccome tutti quelli che si fanno male o stanno male vengono curati (anche in ospedale) con la stessa identica medicina. Per il resto non c'è pressochè nulla.
2) Le scene in cui si presta la squadra di soccorso sono persistenti ma dalla seconda parte del drama iniziano a irritarmi perchè la parte clou di tutta l'azione viene tagliata di netto e improvvisamente siamo già in ospedale e non sappiamo neanche come ci siamo arrivati.
3) La squadra di soccorso è una delle due uniche cose che salvo dell'intera opera. Funziona bene ed ogni personaggio è ben caratterizzato, ben sviluppato e soprattutto calcolato.
4) L'altra cosa che salvo è la coppia secondaria di cui fa parte la sorella del protagonista: fosse stata basata su di loro la storia sarebbe stata il massimo e avrebbe avuto un voto decisamente più alto. Ho amato tutto di loro. Ringrazio che abbia avuto tanto spazio!
5) La storia d'amore principale è...ehm...malata? Diciamo che il ml non sembra proprio un bel personaggio e non è di sicuro una persona su cui farei affidamento; ho avvertito più volte sventolare una bandiera rossa. Ammetto di aver cercato dirmi che fosse un personaggio un po' diverso, che dovesse maturare e invece sono sbattuta contro la realtà. Non è una bella persona. Inoltre la sua "retro storia" è talmente importante che magicamente appare e scompare come meglio viene al drama, tant'è che alla fine non mi interessava come sarebbe finita e ho scelto di droppare la visione.
6) Delusione più totale per Janice Wu. Per tutta l'opera ho avuto l'impressione che fosse annoiata e recitasse perchè obbligata. Se invece è proprio così che doveva risultare il fl, beh bello schifo.
Ci ho sperato fino in fondo ma evidentemente potevo abbandonarlo anche prima.

Senza infamia e senza lode, ma che riesce a smarcarsi un poco dalle mille altre serie simili

Serie senza infamia e senza lode, simile a mille altri drama made in Cina, ma che - dovendo scegliere - consiglierei di guardare rispetto appunto a molti altri. Niente di originale, se siete a caccia di un buon romance mettete in conto un'evoluzione davvero davvero lenta della love story - cliché di queste serie da 40/50 episodi - per cui armatevi di santa pazienza e non aspettatevi una chimica stratosferica tra i personaggi.
Anche l'ambientazione non si discosta dagli stereotipi, quindi abbiamo i personaggi principali come sempre in ambito giuridico (avvocati/procuratori), vertice aziendale (CEO/AD/Presidente), medico, forze dell'ordine/militare. Gira e rigira il bacino di provenienza è sempre lo stesso. Quindi qui abbiamo un avvocato e una dottoressa, i conti tornano.
Due i motivi che la fanno emergere rispetto alla massa di produzioni simili:
1) la caratterizzazione dei protagonisti: per assurdo, può non fare impazzire, ma almeno non li ho dimenticati a serie finita confondendoli tra i mille protagonisti di altre serie. Li ho addirittura battezzati con dei soprannomi, indi per cui abbiamo "ossicino" (va bene nei panni dell'avvocato, ma per la squadra di soccorso la sua struttura mingherlina era davvero un po' poco credibile, soprattutto per le peripezie che compie in alcune scene di salvataggio) e "mai una gioia" (di certo la FL meno sorridente della storia, anche in linea con quella che viene presentata come la sua storia pregressa, per carità, ma di certo salta all'occhio l'espressione perennemente priva di una qualsiasi scintilla di gioia e vitalità). Lui, inoltre, sfodera nei confronti della sorella un atteggiamento pressante e asfissiante da vecchia perpetua. Non sono i classici protagonisti, insomma. E forse questo loro tratteggio che li disegna in modo meno perfetto li rende contemporaneamente più riconoscibili e caratteristici.
2) il pairing secondario dato dalla sorella muta e il soccorritore/corriere: coppia interessante e ben strutturata, nei blocchi di episodi in cui l'evoluzione tra i protagonisti soffriva fasi di stallo questi due personaggi secondari erano una sorta di boccata d'aria fresca.

Riassumendo, non una visione sensazionale, ma se siete dell'umore per una lunga serie, una commedia con una punta di romanticismo e una punta di azione, allora tra le tantissime proposte in rete, darei una chance a questa.
