Reviews
You Can Tell A Great Story in 5 Episodes!
A No-nonsense Review:Whoever made me believe that great stories can not be told in 5 Episodes has had me fooled.
This mini-series was extremely well produced, well-acted, and executed. I did not feel the need to assess the scope of world building because the premise and driving point of this story was quite unique.
Most importantly, the cast was great. Everyone acted well, and we were allowed to see the depth and complexities of characters that had merit and could be given the benefit of the doubt.
This five-hour series is not only a well-presented material on a historical event and figure, but also a love story on it's own.
I admired that the main leads while being central figures, were merely a servant and a guard. The story showed us historical events through the eyes of the support surrounding the Princess. Very innovative and well-executed.
Overall,
I would give this show an 8.5.
Much recommended! 💗
