came for First, stayed for First and jimmysea moments
MMP is a classic example of top tier acting meets GMMTV mediocrity. Now don't get me wrong not everything needs to be deep and heavy, there's nothing wrong with fluff. What's wrong is when this subplot fluff takes up majority of the episodes while the main plot and conflict is sparsely scattered, only being actually dealt with in 4 out of 10 episodes. The first episode sets us off strong, introducing the conflict from the start and instead of taking that and developing a solid plot, the next episodes focus on JimmySea's domesticated life. As a solution to keeping Thap safe while trying to solve the mystery, these fools conjure up the bright idea of removing him completely and shipping him off to the mountains with a fortune teller he fell in love w at first sight but has reservations abt bc he hates fortune tellers due to trauma (which also makes no sense as if this was so traumatizing, which i dont doubt, why is the mother still so obsessed with fortune tellers?? she literally drinks the words straight out of In's mouth which added to my frustration). This was especially irritating as everything from there (episode 3 and onwards) was predictable. Yes, I understand we dont ALWAYS need Last Twilight level production but at least place more emphasis on the main conflict instead of a mere 15 to 20 minutes mention every other episode.
Another issue I had with MMP is the side couple they tried forced down my throat. There was no chemistry and unnecessary, not every man needs a love interest. In the scenes where the other doctor was by himself it was fine, then everytime his love interest (the inspector) came into frame the quality rapidly declined with shabby lines and a hopeless relationship. I started fast forwarding everytime they were on screen together and still managed to keep up to date w the plot.
First was amazing. He really shone throughout MMP and I wanted to see MORE of his character, I wanted more development, I wanted to see him conspire and plot, nonetheless he did a spectacular job. Sea's emotions never fail to impress me, and his acting was breathtaking. In many of his scenes I forget that I was indulging in a half-baked GMM mediocre show.
The ending. Aside from the side couple they kept shoving up my ass it was it was enjoyable. I really like the dad and the scene where he asked In to accompany him tending to his plants which was his way of accepting In into the family. I wished the dad got more screentime, shoving his and Thap's subplot into the very last episode felt unjustly to me, and the dad's actor was spot on with his emotionally delivery, truly a waste. Despite that, I miss the era where there were consequences for your actions. Why was Karn begging for punishment and everyone just decided to forgive him just like that. I love First in this series and i wish he got more screentime. His emotions were all so raw (Sea as well), especially in the finale when he couldn't even look his friends in the eyes at first. His portrayal of regret and defeat invigorated me to stay till the end (THANK U FIRST KANAPHAN WE ALL SAY IN UNSION). The interview added to the end was chef's kiss and I forgot how much i struggled to finish this.
Overall, MMP had so much potential. They failed to balance fluff and conflict. JimmySea's fanbase are like loyal dogs who watch their shows through rose coloured glasses and throw all media literacy out the window., just like what they did for Vice Versa and its sad to see shows like this be over hyped and actual good shows with a solid plot and subsistence are placed on the back burner due to the pairing/ actors not being as popular. Dont watch with high expectations, and you would definietly enjoy more than me.

Another drama of Jimmy-Sea. Let's watch!!!Story of Dr. Thapfah (Fah) is an ICU doctor and Inthu (In)—a clairvoyant and tarot reader.
It begins on In’s graduation day, when he suddenly collapses. A man comes to his aid and introduces himself as a doctor. To In’s surprise, the man turns out to be Fah—the older brother of his best friend.
For unknown reasons, In begins experiencing vivid visions—each one foretelling a series of tragic events in Fah’s near future. Troubled, he tries to warn Fah about an approaching streak of misfortune that could cost him his life. But Fah, a rational and skeptical man, doesn’t believe in horoscopes, destiny, or supernatural signs. So, when In warns Fah of an approaching streak of misfortune that may cost him his life, Fah doesn't buy it.
But then, one by one, In’s predictions start coming true—manifesting as a string of accidents and near-death experiences for Fah. Each time, In somehow manages to save him. Concerned for Fah’s safety, his family insists that he leave the city for a while—and they ask In to accompany him.
Now, away from the chaos of their normal lives, the two find themselves alone together. As days pass, they grow closer, learning more about each other and forming a bond that slowly turns into something deeper and more romantic.
So, what will become of their relationship? And will they finally uncover the truth behind the person orchestrating the dangerous accidents targeting Fah?
That's pretty much the story without giving spoilers. Now what I like and don't.
What I like:
+ Chemistry between Jimmy-Sea never amiss
+ I like to see for once First playing an unconventional role. It kinda suits him.
+ Kinda like the 2nd couple. Although their chemistry still needs to be polished.
What i don't like:
- The plot is kinda forced. Stupid reason for Kasidis to go after Fah after he's stop being his wife doctor.
Overall I quite like this drama. I just hope this will not be Jimmy last drama…

Great cast =/= great series
"A good story can mask bad acting but good acting can't mask a bad story." I think this quote can be applied to any series/movie and it rings true very often, both negatively and positively. In this case it's leaning more towards the 'great acting, bad story'.That is not to say I didn't enjoy this series!
The series started off very strong and set up some mysteries and character conflicts were introduced (InxThap 'rivalry'; In and his BSF who pines after him; Thap being the oldest son). However, because it's only 10 episodes the story mainly focussed on the Big Bad Evil and didn't get to develop these other interesting themes, to the detriment of the quality of the series. The episode storylines were bland as it was basically: romantic tension -> conflict happens -> In cries -> Thap apologises -> repeat. I found the final episode to be aggravatingly boring and offendingly safe and I watched most of it in 2x speed. It reminds me of Vice Versa, Jimmy/Sea another project that also has a great premise but kind of stagnates in the middle and then fails to deliver at the end.
As for characters I want to begin with the fact that I freaking love Nut's acting even though it was very little. I'm so happy he is actually starting his acting career FOR REAL. And I had already noticed in ThamePo that he looked very similar to Jimmy (not just in looks but also in mannerisms it reminded me of Jimmy) and I'm so glad the casting agents at GMM realised that too.
The other characters in the show were ok just not that interesting. I could honestly have cared less about Book's cameo but his acting was quite pleasant and not bad at all. For the main character: they were alright but In crying in every episode became very repetitive very quickly.
I think the story was trying to push Thap as 'greenest flag to ever exist' a little too much which also ended up creating a rather bland character which is salvaged mostly by Jimmy's incredible acting. I will say though that I'm a sucker for enemies-to-lovers, and it was really refreshing to see Thap admit to his feelings so quickly and start to pursue In and relentlessly flirt with him - that made me blush a lot for In too even more than the 'accidental' tension between the two of them hehehe.
All in all, it's not a bad series and falls in the same category as 'Vice Versa' ; don't expect too much, it's just a lighthearted romance series with just a hint of trying to be more and a great cast.

Simple and sweet like desert
Positive pointsi) The way handle each other's trauma and weakness, especially when thap handle In in such a good way was best part
ii) No hurry or pressure to recover from his trauma, mental health is biggest issues nowadays so its was so good thap took slowly to help In
iii) Lots of romance and fluffy moments
iv) well they tried different genre
v) insane chemistry
vi) hella best acting from gmmtv artist
vii) Sea's smile and his handsomeness
viii) thap's handsome dad
ix) minimum side character
x) lot of screen time for lead character
xi) no too much drama, no too much triangle love story
I am not fan of jimmy so i avoided his drama where he has played lead, even while watching i thought i should skip but having crush on sea's smile lead to watch this drama. It is a gem. So far so good bl drama from Thailand. As i have already mentioned most points so i don't think i need to write more. And i am not saying this drama doesn't have loopholes but those loopholes are buried by these good points. No mystery, no thriller, don't expect too much coz this drama is simple and sweet. 10/10

20% Suspense, 80% Romance
My Magic Prophecy starts when one of Dr. Thap's (Jimmy) colleagues, Thara, collapses and becomes seriously ill. It seems like someone might be trying to kill her. Around the same time, Thap meets In (Sea), a mysterious fortune teller, fainting after his own graduation. The moment they meet, In starts getting dark visions connected to Thap — and when those visions start coming true, the two are forced to run away and hide in a secluded area.At first, they’re always bickering, but being stuck together leaves them no choice but to rely on each other. Slowly, they grow closer and start developing feelings.
Now, if you’re expecting something intense or suspenseful right from the beginning, you might end up disappointed. The story leans more on romance than action. These two softies (JimmySea) aren’t built for fight scenes — and that’s okay! I didn’t expect much in terms of plot at first because I only knew their roles going in, so I wasn’t disappointed. I saw the unofficial trailer a while back, but I never rely on trailers anyway.
The story really picks up after Episode 2, focusing more on Thap and In’s relationship and In’s family backstory. The medical setting, the suspense, and Jimmy being a doctor aren’t highlighted much — because most of the scenes happen in that secluded hideout where they spend a lot of time together.
As for chemistry, Jimmy and Sea may not be off-the-charts for me, but they work well enough. Jimmy plays the more flirtatious one, while Sea is as adorable as always. Sea’s acting is top-tier and Jimmy also did a good job. The second couple? They were a pleasant surprise — I actually think their chemistry is amazing. I’d love to see them lead a BL series next. First, as usual, nails his role. You won’t feel good about his character early on — and that’s the point.
Overall, this series is more fluffy and emotional, with a bit of comedy here and there. It’s not a masterpiece or anything close to perfection, but it’s enjoyable and I never found it boring. It’s also not dragging — every scene has its place. Production-wise, everything looks polished and professional. My only gripe is the background music. Sometimes, it feels a bit excessive — even during moments that don’t need it. It can be distracting.
If you're coming for suspense, I’d say lower your expectations. This story is clearly centered around Thap and In’s romance — and if that’s what you're here for, I think you’ll enjoy it.

With every series they make JImmySea prove to me why they are my favorite CP
and two of my favorite actors in all of GMMTV. JimmySea never disappoint in their choices, in what they choose to say yes to in a series. They know how to pick them. I thought it was going to be very hard for them to top Last Twilight similar to how hard it's been for OffGun and Not Me. But then low and behold My Magic Prophecy came along. Although it didn't quite surpass LT for me it got very, very close to. It's definitely my second favorite series of theirs. It's going to be on rewatch a lot because it deserves it. I love how the series dealt with grief particularly well. Sea and the writers made me feel Inthu's trauma and loneliness so well in each and every scene. Until Thapfah came along and changed everything. I love how ThapIn started out as enemies to lovers (first time JS do this trope and they did it so well, the way they change their dynamics in every series is spectacular.) then slowly fell in love. Jimmy and Sea are so talented that I really felt like I was watching two people fall in love and felt like I was intruding in their private time a lot, honestly, they have that romantic chemistry thing down to a pat. It's also cute how they let their real-life bond slip into their series all the time. Those little touches that make them JimmySea: cheek kisses, forehead touches, head boops and head pats, nose rubs and nose kisses into their characters I feel like that makes them even more real. Also JimmySea are so versatile that every time they make a new series, they never seem like their old characters at all. There was no Puen or Mhok in Thap just like there was no Talay or Day in In. If all these characters are played by the same actors it's hard to tell, that's how good JS are. ThapIn were also their healthiest and sexiest cp yet. Plus, JimmySea get better in acting in every series just like their chemistry gets better and better everytime they work together. I can't wait to see what's next from them.Ok moving away from JimmySea because I'll talk about them the whole review if I don't lol. SaveFrank and Acare were great in their roles, their characters fit in perfect and felt so real. Acare for being a newbie also did an excellent job wiht Dao, she was so cute. Got to give it to First! first itme he really plays a villain, and he did an amazing job with Karn. Hopefully he can get more troubled characters like this in the future. As for the Director and Producers they all made sure to make My Magic Prophecy be the big hit it was along with the actors. I hope JS can work with this director again in the future he is so good.
MMP is going into my top favorite BL's because it was a masterpiece. It kept me glued to my seat every sunday and now that it's over I don't know what I'm going to do with my life.
10/10 if you haven't watched it, please do! You won't regret it.

Unpopular Opinion - Maybe?
After Thap sat in In's lap, I was bored. Why? Gmmtv's formula for stretching something longer than it should be and with unnecessary melodrama. Keeping that high that the series started with proved to be a challenge. Every single episode In cried. Like how many tear inducing meetings can there be. Now I'm not against a good cry, but 10 episodes? 2 or 3 maybe, not 10.The story line was ok but no wow factor. One believed in what the eyes could see. The other believed in the tarot realm. The events that brought their coming together combined both. Everyone's acting was on par with the other. Well, for a moment I thought Thiu was either an ornament or mute. First few times he was seen, he just sat there like a dashboard dog. Personally, First's mannerisms are very predictable, so it felt flat. Save is a natural in front of the camera and it was good to watch. Jimmy upped his game drastically with this role. No longer stiff in delivery, he filled the role admirably. Playful, angry, endearing, smart mouthed. He delivered. Both Junior and Book weren't needed. Wan and Tul did nothing to the storyline.
I like all of the actors but truthfully, there is no freshness to anything that was seen. I will still recommended to be watched but with a sobering mind. If these actors are your favs you will find some enjoyment.

Feelgood GMMTV craft, but a bit yesteryear's best
MY MAGIC PROPHECY - ReviewWith Episode 10 "My Magic Prophecy" ended today with a slow but warm and wholesome ending. As usual the chemistry between Jimmy and Sea is a well oiled machine, perfected over time. It is a nice thing for fans to see the actors and their roles mature. In the acting Jimmy always had a bit the upper hand, he just seems a natural.
Altogether the show had a good cast, an interesting side-couple, a tragic villain - well played - and just enough of the balance between lovey-dovey and drama as usually the better and best shows of GMMTV. Sometimes with the masses quality suffers several times, but not so here. Each character had a good, well understandable background, character development to be convincing. It also shone with interesting sets and a good sense for fashion being neither over the top not boring and always the same.
I always felt music was never a particular strength of GMMTV, but then it rarely is in BL series IMO. Now talking about my elephant in my room: the show is a 2025 show and as such stands in competition to the current time, and as such... it did not rise of the heights of drama the like "Revenged Love" and others had. It is more the reliable yesteryear type, even though among the best of that, I felt the system started to feel a bit outdated to me, given the risque and new areas other shows and developers made in 2025. So there is nothing bad, but after having been spoiled it felt like 2024's 10/10 but not 2025s. Still I have nothing negative to say, and so putting it in a place I feel is fair, I rate it a very wholesome
8/10

Should have been 12 episodes bruh
I am going to say this straight off the bat; this drama is SO CLOSE to being perfect, but because of the fact that it's only 10 episodes, the beginning is rushed. I was so confused but how things were speeding so fast and how the story is almost running past plot points for the first two episodes.GMMTV needs to bring back 12-episode dramas because executing on 10-episode ones is clearly not their forte. That's why I'm giving the story 8.5.
THAT BEING SAID, the last I watched JimmySea was Last Twilight, and I forgot what an absolute DELIGHT it is to watch Jimmy be cocky/sassy. His character Thapfah has this charismatic way of talking, and he's so FLIRTY that it took me by surprise and I found myself giggling everytime he opened his mouth to talk to In. And Sea has given a wonderful performance too, delicate, a little broken (as it should be), and he cries a lot (which I think some people dislike but I thought it made perfect sense). Their chemistry is CHEMISTRY-INGGGG my god.
The dialogues in this series, specially the romantic ones between Thapfah and In are fabulously written. Thapfah is such a great communicator, and I found myself delighted by their difference in approaches to relationships which was in line with the age gap they were trying to portray. Both characters bring their own view to the relationship, and I loved seeing them navigate through it.
The series also touches on other themes of friendship, familial bonds, and unrequited love. All of these plots, while just a short part of it, really added to what I took away from the series.
I think the other overarching plot (the misfortune one, I will not say more) is not too fairly complex and is able to balance itself pretty well. Also OH MY GOD huge fan of them bringing in other famous bl actors because those men need to do dramas separate from their "pairs" and I'm glad they're getting the chance to do so.

Jimmy and Sea never disappoint
I believe that Jimmy and Sea can pick their dramas perfectly, the projects they choose (or get to be chosen to do depends on how this things work) are just top notch!Stories and characters are 10/10...
VV, LT and now MMP are just amazing.
All of them for me are at least 8/10 dramas (LT for me is an exception because of how it ended and the switch of Day's character but that not the point now)
This one lies on top of all their dramas which shows how they have improved and grown in their roles.
Story is simple, a healing story with romance and I LOVED that they didn't go with the same cliché approach at the end (same mess they did in LT) and made it more realistic and lovely.
Acting and characters were good, we get to see a lot of the two leads and their interactions as In and Thap was fun and very enjoyable, my baby Sea had to cry a lot here, it broke my heart !! Like why my lil baby has to have so much pain in his heart, i share his official nickname (mine is in Korean) so I have a soft spot for him lol. Felt bad he had to cry that much but I'm glad Thap was there for him.
The mystery part was slightly shallow and the weakest thing in the story but this is a romantic drama more than a crime mystery drama, it's not Manner of Death type of dramas it's a fluffy romcom so I can't think of that as a negative point
Still very enjoyable ~
I really recommend this one, this is the best of JimmySea work ~~

JimmySea's best chemistry-- yet the storyline was rather lackluster.
JimmySea's chemistry is top tier, and episodes 3-6 were a solid run. However, the show does fall flat in making a coherent storyline with the conflict that we were introduced to in the first episode, making the overall resolution unsatisfying as viewers knew who the main antagonist was from the very beginning, while also being confused as to what the root of the conflict is. The secondary couple were basically flat! Not a lot of development on their end. I believe if they removed the subplot where the ex appears in episode 8 (as much as I enjoyed the comedy), and then cut out all the scenes with the secondary couple, the show would have been able to craft a more coherent storyline.7.5 is my enjoyment rating, as I am a lover to top tier fluff, but if I was being honest, cohesively speaking, I'd give the overall quality a 5.5/10. Another gripe I have with the show is the lighting, as everything looks so whitewashed and pale-- lacking in color. But nevertheless, I still enjoyed this show quite a bit, as JimmySea's chemistry really EXPLODED here. I thought they couldnt get more romantic than MhokDay, but here I am, proven wrong by ThapIn. They have my whole heart hehe.
