-both deal with very serious themes but still have a lesbian romance with a satisfying ending

the cute and cool pairing, the fateful dramatic first encounter, the dark side of the fls (though they appear in different ways) and sometimes even the atmosphere they both deliver.

Both are lesbian... Both series have romance but based on what I have read the love interest also has a past trauma they are dealing with....................

It features the same genre of LGTBQ+. Two girlfriends kissing and having a great relationship. Despite the other series is in Japanese.

Both of these have sapphic couples with traumatic pasts at the heart of their stories. With different indie aspects to both of them, each offers a unique yet similar story revolving around university students.

These both have gorgeous cinematography, angst, uni students still haunted by traumas of their past, beautiful symbolism, and queer love.

These both have beautiful posters, toxic queer love, and great and creative cinematography. Only on episode 1 so far, but I couldn't help but think of this while watching.

Both start off with a love interest literally found in the trash. Said love interest then moves in with the person who finds them. They also both feature protagonists who have or do sleep with people for housing.

Both feature a protagonist that is homeless who ends up moving in with the other protagonist to escape homelessness, and then beginning an unusual relationship with each other.
