Solid Remake, But Not Quite Funny and Wholesome as Original
This is a lakorn remake of my all time favorite Taiwanese drama. It's hard to review this remake without comparing it to the original. After watching this version, I can say that they didn't royally screw it up. It was an okay remake that was catered toward Thai audiences. It was more of a lakorn style, which included some over the top drama and a lot more violence. They managed to keep most of the core story intact. They got rid of a lot of the dirty jokes from the original and made some characters more evil than they were. As a result, some of the humor and wholesomeness from the original was lost. They also got rid of the little girl storyline, which was one of my favorites. As a result, this eliminated two of my favorite tropes from the original. However, some of the changes they made might keep you on your toes because they also changed a few of the twists. I thought the acting was decent. If you are a lakorn watcher who hasn't seen the original, I think you'll still enjoy this drama. There are no screaming banshees, so that's a plus. Some of the story is a bit predictable for lakorn standards, while some of it is not. This is definitely a more violent remake though.Was this review helpful to you?
Soapy & Draggy
Be warned, the same song is used a billion times per episode so get used to the Lucky Star song and if you can’t tolerate it, drop the show.The leads were great, plenty of chemistry.
This became more soapy the longer it went and I skipped tonnes just so I could finish. If you can follow it on fast forward, well then it’s obvious it is not the best script ever written.
Lots of plot holes, laughable at times.
Won’t evet rewatch. So go down this road with caution. I think it had a few redeeming moments so I gave it a 5 overall. Thai dramas can be a hard watch, so this was doable but I was ready for it to be done.

The Taiwanese version is old and outdated, but this one is more dynamic and funnier.
Well rated remake, but with a very lakorn touch (long breaks on stares, lots of violence, twisted villains, etc.).PLOT: Meeting between a jewelry forger (the FL) and the heir of a jewelry group, the ML. He discovers that his fiancée is cheating on him with a family rival (the same villain actor as usual :(
The ML sends the FL to prison. When she comes back out, they meet again and survive a few adventures, which bind them strongly. But the ML's uncle separates them...
PROS:
+ Good actors
+ correct OST
+ dynamic production
CONS:
- Low quality audio,
- twists too obvious,
- story poorly written.
=> Only to pass the time, with lots of skipping.

Remake bien noté, mais très très lakorn (longs arrêts sur regards, bcp de violence, evils tordus, etc.).
PLOT : Rencontre entre une faussaire en bijoux (la FL) et l'héritier d'un groupe de joaillerie, le ML. Celui-ci découvre que sa fiancée le trompe avec un rival familial (le même villain que d'habitude :(
Le ML envoie la FL en prison. A sa sortie, ils se retrouvent et survivent à qq aventures, qui les lient fortement. Mais l'oncle du ML les séparent ...
PROS:
+ Bons acteurs
+ OST correctes
+ réalis° rapide.
CONS:
- Audio low quality,
- twists too obvious,
- story poorly written.
=> pr passer le temps, avec bcp de zapping.

Un remake DESCEPSIONANTE :/
Ah por donde debería empezar? JAJAJAEn cuanto a historia estuvo bien respetaron por lo menos aqui una parte clave de la historia que fue que por culpa del protagonista llevan a FL a prision (no como la version china) pero todo fue muy dramatizado y eso que la original también tenia sus momentos dramaticos ajjajaj pero aqui se excedieron parecia un capitulo de la rosa de guadalupe :/ los efectos dios ? al ser un drama del 2023 dije ahora asi habria seguro una mejor produccion pero hasta la version del 2007 luce MUCHO MEJOR y eso que fue grabado hace ya mas de 18 años! Los villanos como de culebron de señora los hicieron mas malos de lo que ya eran en la original hasta su principal villana sentias pena por ella y en cierto punto la comprendias solo era una chica que queria escapar de su doloroso pasado pero bueno el viejo (papa del protagonista) si era un odioso....
LA SEPARACION!
Que fue eso? Asi no mas se separaron no fue desgarrador no se sintio nada ni me creia su "amor" no hubo momento para que se desarrollara su romance adecuadamente litt cada capitulo era un drama escapando de gente no convivieron no se conocieron adecuadamente ni NADA NO HUBO MOMENTOS LINDOS PARA ELLOS NADA!
y se separan por cuanto 1 año? Emm creo que ni eso eran meses Jajaja donde quedo los 5 años? El malentendido, el reecuentro epico?, el reenamoramiento?...
quiero ser objetiva y no compararla con la original pero me es imposible ya que tampoco es que la orignal sea la historia del siglo es muy cliche pero uno muy BELLO bien hecho♡ pero al lado de esta version y la china es una obra maestra muy pobre esta version la verdad
Los ost!!! que poco creativos la misma cancion repitiendose cada 2x3 litt tiene su verison sad, happy Jjaj llega a cansar y aburrir
En conclusion fatal este lakorn :/
Y eso que si e visto adaptaciónes de otro drama taiwanes que si lo hicieron bien los tailandeses ...
