This is what happens when a BL exceeds every expectation.
One of the best BL dramas I’ve watched in all six years of being a BL fan. And after watching over 100 BLs, that says a lot. This drama completely and utterly exceeded all of my expectations.I honestly never thought I would give a BL a 10/10 anytime soon, because after being in this community for so long, I’ve built very high standards and expectations. But Duang With You truly earned it.
From the very first episode to the very last, this drama was wonderful. The butterflies I felt, the giggles, the screaming in my room during episodes — I’m sure everyone in my house thought I had completely lost it.
This was such beautifully written love story between Duang and Qin. Duang is truly the definition of a green flag — the ultimate golden retriever boyfriend. Meanwhile, Qin was more closed off, someone who didn’t easily open up to people he didn’t know or trust. And in the end, he let Duang into his heart… and Duang got in there deeply.
I loved every single moment of their relationship development. Watching it grow slowly throughout the episodes made everything feel even more rewarding. I especially loved seeing Qin completely fall under Duang’s charm.
Man… Duang was so good for Qin.
Their relationship felt healthy, genuine, and full of warmth, and I enjoyed every second they were on my screen.
Honestly, I feel like I could keep talking forever about how amazing this BL was.❤️

10/10 and trust I am in awe
I literally just sit giggling every Saturday watching Duang with you.Expressing love at first sight and pursuing that love is always something I want to see and I am getting with this drama.
Qin behaving like he is not noticing Duang is the highlight for me definitely he is falling in love but hiding it behind a straight face and stealing glances towards Duang once or twice.
Duang with you is a drama that draws you to keep wanting and yearning for more I wish I can wTch everyday to see Duangs cute smile.

One of the most iconic fluff dramas of all time which actually has a plot
Usually I'm not a fluff person cz it kinda bores me when it doesn't have a plot and just fluff. Kinda like your sky or Ai long nai... i liked them but not like I LOVE THEM. I think that's where DWY is unique. It's not just fluff it has a plot and each character has their own personality and depth they're not simply cute or simply cold. They're someone you can actually relate too and sympathize with. I think we all have had our own Qin moments in life although meeting a Duang in real life is rare. I laughed with them cried with them and also rooted for them these couple of months. They just made my day..I really really really recommend this drama to everyone. Don't miss out on this ❤️ bye bye DuangQin and hello TeeteePor

Adorable is the word for it. Bonus the insane facecards of the cast
It's cute in the right way,,, like the character interactions are on point, The friendships fabulous and absolutely enviable.,The main couple are a different breed of adorbs. i can't with them really..... Though Duang may come of as little cringe at times but it's part of the charm. Qin was beautifully written and played..
Acting great (especially for new actors).. the detais on point.. the scenes beautiful (my favorite is the bus stop scene where Duang walks Qin home for the first time)
The second couple = BOMB .. i wanna see more of their chem.. the last episode did give them more screen time.
I do wish the ost could be a little bit more enjoyable... especially for a music based series. but i love the cute bgm (teeteeporpor and duang qin ones) that they played throughout.

Did Somebody say GREEN FLAG!!
So everyone is obsessed with TeeteePor now right? It's not just me...I’m so sad this series is over, idk what to say other than everyone needs to watch this. This was such a cute drama that portrayed one of the most healthiest relationships I've ever seen. Idk why I can't rate it a 9 right now but watch me come back in a couple days and change my rating lol.
Duang is a GREEN flag like green forest. I loved the way he respectfully pursued Qin, gave him space, took the time to understand him before they even started dating. Where can I find myself a Duang cause boy is in LOVE!! Not only is he head over heels he's also an amazing friend?? Like hello I loved his character so much and the fact that it felt like it was just Teetee playing himself I loved that even more.
I relate to Qin a lot, being closed off and not trusting. Building those walls etc. so it made me love it even more when he slowly started opening up to Duang and how Duang never forced him to be anything but himself. He took that time, put in the work and gained Qin's trust. To see Qin just absolutely smitten in the end too and happy and smiling made me want to cry, he deserves all the happiness and I’m so glad he found that in Duang.
This drama was filled with so many rewatchable moments for me, they're so cute and I really hope we get a special episode or second season lol. I honestly feel like a second season could be happening fr because no way we don't get to pursue Jamie and Marvis' characters more and who is Pae dating??? So many unanswered questions, so I’m hoping and praying for a second season cause I LOVED NorthOtto so gimme more!!

Fluffy comedy
In short: a hyperactive and borderline insane Labrador puppy falls in love with an emotionally damaged, low-energy cat who can’t decide whether the Puppy’s antics are annoying or endearing. But he also can’t quite tell him to get lost. They could have screwed this up so easily, because some of what the Puppy gets up to borders on harassment, but the Cat is clearly the one in control of the relationship and he constantly gives hints that he is somewhat into the madness being inflicted on him. Major props to the actors - I just watched them in Your Sky and thought, here is a pair who deserves their own series so they can show off their acting chops. And here is Duang With You to fulfil all our wishes and then some.
Largely very fluffy but the spicy bits are indeed spicy, and the chemistry is nuts. Super funny, somewhat slapstick in the visual comedy, also has emotional depth. All I can criticize is that I think the secondary couple needed more screen time. Otherwise this is on the rewatch list, highly recommended.

What a surprising delight this show turned out to be!
Based on the trailer, you could have assumed this show was going to be a silly piece of fluff.Even though Duang, our male lead, was frequently a silly goofball, I was thoroughly surprised by the depth and soul the show incorporated into particular scenes.
I needed a few episodes to grasp Duang's character, and when he showed his serious side, I was truly impressed by Tee Tee's acting skills. He performed exceptionally well during those scenes. Watching Qin's growth from cold/aloof into a happy, smiling in love puppy was so sweet!
So, after reading the book, I was happy we got to see a lot of the important stuff between Duang and Qin.
And even though I loved every episode, it wasn't totally perfect for me.
If it were up to me, I would have omitted the Jamie/Marvis segments.
The scenes felt out of place and undeveloped, merely occupying time. I would have rather had more filler from the main characters. The Jamie/Marvis scenes would make sense if they were building towards a separate series; otherwise, the finale should have provided resolution. My opinion on this stems from my dislike of the novel Jamie; I found him even more irritating in the book.
Apart from that small nitpicky detail, wholly personal to me, don't be offended if our thoughts don't align, which really didn’t detract from my enjoyment, I loved Duang and Qin so much. They were the cutest puppies and if the execs wanted to throw a season 2 at us, I would be sat to watch. In only 12 episodes, the actors did a wonderful job of showing how their relationship blossomed.
To be loved by Duang the way he worships Qin would warm anyone’s heart!

A show appealing to mostly girls?
As expected this review section is flooded with 10... and the MDL rating as of now is at a 9... and when I see that, I have to ask myself: Did we see the same show? And as usual, this review is only valid for the UNCUT version. Do not ever watch a cut version, because besides cutting nc-scenes, they also cut story-elements (which will not be that fatal in this series imho). For reasons unknown MDL sometimes seperates them and sometimes does not, but be aware on youtube you get a cut version. While the performances overall are good, the script is crap. The series tried to walk the fine line between comedy and cringe and Duang (the character) crosses into the cringe territory almost every time, which is so annoying, obnoxious and has nothing to do with "cute". Qin on the other hand behaves like a morron because his childhood was sooooo bad *bruhuhuhu*, sorry that's not an excuse for being a jerk most of the time. They even wrote in "red flag Qin" doing the absolute wrong things and then having him emotional blackmail Duang. Sorry, that's neither cute nor necessary nor should anyone (especially teens) learn from such behaviour. The epsisodes are also uncessary long because they only drag out and don't do anything with the side characters. NorthOtto had an interesting beginning but it faded away and suddenly in the finale he (Otto's character) was introduced to all of them (with too much makeup imho) and no explaination, no talk before - nothing. If you remember, in ep 1+2 we had the "Cherrie" storyplot and nothing happened till the finale where "ups I was Cherrie, so sorry" "confession" and that's in the same scene. Overall this scene felt so forced and cringe, I can't even find the right words for it. This script was just lazily written!
There is a redeeming quality to this show: When Duang and Qin talk alone in a serious tone, it changes the whole series. It is actually well done. I think they could not decide if this should be a comedy or a drama and mixing both gave this series a great inbalance. All the dog references with the stupid sound effects are just cringe and then bringing a dog into the finale - OMG - who thinks of something like that. While the NC-scenes were tastefully made, it shocked me, that in the finale they cut the NC-scene sooo short... that's quite unusual. The second redeeming quality is the OST which is also well done. This is Domundi/Mandee so production quality was very good as well.
But even with this redeeming qualities of the series, this show can only be "average". They had a chance to tell multiple stories in a wider arc but as usual, they failed. It's more a cringe fest for over half of the series. If I ever had such a partner I would kick his ass to the moon or even farther. For me this is a series is clearly targeted to escapists and girls. Nothing wrong with it, but for escapism I don't need a series, there are a lot of other alternatives. Thai shows don't understand how to do "cute" - the last "cute" show was "School Trip" and it had not any nonsense in it (besides the behaviour of some girls and a brother), but both MLs and even their friends were very likeable. Here, I think the actors are cute and nice people, but their characters are just unlikable. That may sound hard, but that's my impression. Also Domundi could not shy away to slap us with ads in our face again, which is soooo annoying. They could have skipped the Japan trip and saved some money going somewhere inside Thailand and made a destination pay for it. But no... for some reason it had to be Japan. If they would only watch JBLs and get inspiration from there.
I wish they had forgone with the comedy part and made it only as drama. Also the should have resolved Qins Daddy/Mama-issues in a more engaging way, just 1/3 of an epsiode is not good enough. So, in the cosmos of university BLs, this was not the worst, but it was also not good.

Duang with you is for the people who want an attentive and gentle love.
I wanted to wrote a review after watching it for the first time but I couldn't put my thoughts into words...now that I rewatch it for the from EP 1 to EP 12 the following weeks Saturday after the show ended(cuz I missed them way toooo much🤧) I just want to say this drama may have a simple story line with not much drama element but it gives a certain type of comfort to the viewer that you can't just find in any other drama. And that's why it deserves a 10 cause this drama actl made me feel connected to it. The amount of details (really there's a lot) and story follow was sooo good. I have watch bl for 4 year but this just hits different. I loved how healthy this relationship is(our green flag couple 🥹) and how they showed us how people can love loudly or quietly but still share the same amount of love with each other. This story healed something in me that wasn't broken💗 The acting, cinematography, story line, the flow, everything was great 💕THIS PART OF THE REVIEW IS 101% BIASED
I just wanted to say I'm so proud of teetee and por. I knew them from dmd friendship. In first season I saw teeter his was so young back then but with a lot of energy. Then s2 I saw por. He was so talented. teetee joined the show too and they became partners in the end. So when the pilot came out I was so excited for them!! I loved them in your sky!! There character was so cute 🥺 I was screaming my heart out when the trailer dropped. I was so excited for it but I just thought it was like for your sky and khemjira since I followed the show from their pilot release also. But boy was I wrong. I watched all the vids about dwy. I watch everything. I MEAN EVERYTHING. Their busking, reaction vids, events,BTS, etc. and I listen to all their ost. I usually nvr listen to ost of drama separate. But I played all the song and remember the lyric(to my ability lol) idk if it's because qin is a music major and they perform for a music event but listening to the made me more connect to the drama. Also all the ost was sooooooo good bro😆 I gonna miss this era so much. It wasn't just 3 months to me. I still remember watching documentary and their live stage thing(for the first ep) while waiting for the first ep. Oh to go back to that time. I love teeteepor so much I really hope they get recognize and achieve slot of success. I hope they know they have a big fandom and community supporting them!! Lastly I'm gonna miss this fandom. This fandom who love and cherish our duang and qin❤️ I'll miss all this edit, memes, convos, laughter and smile that we share. I LOVE THIS DUANG WITH YOU SOOOOO MUCH 🐶🐈⬛🎸🎨🎤💓📸

the fluffiest bl series ever
This is the best heartwarming bl series I've ever watched. I thought this series is just overrated that's why I didn't start watching it soon but then I thought to give it a try and I just fell in love.the casting was great, chemistry was also amazing.
there was no cringey things at allll trust me
and if you think that duang was cringe then you're just jealous nothing else.
every series gave me butterfly on my stomach. there was not even one episode where I didn't feel butterfly in my stomach.
it was just too perfect and I didn't had to skip the singing part. both of their voices were soooooooo goooooodd instead of skipping I just wanted to listen more when they were singing.
and there was not too much nc which was a good thing and the nc scenes felt pretty natural.
duang had a cute personality and qin's personality was pretty cool
and they showed a good family scene were they wanted to show that money can't buy love from children for parents, parents need to give love and care to get love in return. but one thing felt incomplete that they only gave duangqin a happy ending but others didn't get it, Jamiemarvis' ending was kinda odd because they didn't became boyfriends
and I thought tong and pae will be a couple but they didn't focus on that.
overall a great series with cute story, good music, not traumatic series. it's a must watch series so you should just go and watch it.

Puppy Love
Absolutely loved this series, Duang smile just lit up my day,. Both friend groups were supportive and sweet, loved Jamie’s daft run and how Pae kept kicking him.. the families were so kind and I just loved Duang mother.Kla is so supportive of his actors as I got to see in the behind them scenes episode, he acts so well himself, I’ve seen him in a number of things now,
The romance was so ultra sweet at the end it was wonderful to see Qinn open up to Duang after all his effort.. and personally I love all the daft wee sounds and mannerisms of all the cast.
