This film tells the story of Lee, a struggling screenwriter, who meets the host, who calls himself "Benzo," at an inn deep in the snow-covered mountains. The inn is rundown, with a roof that looks as if it might collapse at any moment under the weight of the snow, no heating, no proper meals, and guests make their own futons. Benzo seems to be hiding a little secret. One night, he takes Lee out to a snowy field at night.
