I'm not certain if they want us to hate…

I'm not certain if they want us to hate Joo Won, but I really do. He is pretty insufferable to his employees, and his 'weakness' is not well fleshed out in this episode therefore I can't be sympathetic to him. Ra Im on the other hand is totally badass and makes up for how annoying Joo Won is. She puts up an awesome fight against a bunch of thieves and looks stunning while doing it. I'm not in love with the chemistry between the two main characters yet. Overall, pretty decent start to the series.

What happened to her tattoos

In the first scene where ra Im is in she has these dragon tattoos on each arm. But after that her tattoos vanished!
Where are her tattoos?

Funnyy

I like funny dramas a lot more and this one is really great! I enjoyed watching the first episode. The characters are all very interesting, especially this guy in this weird sport uniform.
Too bad that I can't watch without my friend (I promised her v.v).. ughhh gonna have to wait until she has time to watch the second episode

Entertaining!

Aw, that was really funny! I have no idea which direction this is going to take, but up until now it's extremely entertaining. Especially that main guy.. must be the first time I liked a main guy the first time I saw him. He's hilarious. xD

Please no love triangle though. At least not from the first episode on. That was a little weird. o.O

But main girl is really cool, too! One of the rare species of great female leads. :)

rewatch

Everytime I see the first fight scene, I always wish I could see that movie. I couldn't wait for another Hyun Bin drama so I'm rewatching this. Ahhhh...those old wonderful feelings are coming back.

Two generations on the watch

I hope I'll be forgiven for the... unusual style of my episode reviews. Here's the thing: I am rewatching SG with my mother.
Rating and commentaries are going to be a summary of our weekly watch, the veteran of SG who basically knows the script by heart and an almost total newbie - my mom - who's at her second asian drama experience.

Opening scene: the garden.
mom: "wow! I think I'll like this thing for the scenery alone!"
me (thinking): wait until you see Binnie... :P

Joo Won comes down the stairs
mom: "............................. Rita, please tell me THIS man is going to be the main character"
me: "shall I remind you you are still harbouring a crush on Lee Seung Gi?"
mom: "what, are you telling me we need to be monogamist in our dreams too?"
me: "of course not, mom. Enjoy Joo Won"

Bridget Jones once said: never contradict your mother. She's right even when she's wrong.

At the end of the episode I watched her with the corner of my eye, fearing she would say something like: hmm, weird stuff. But no! She was enthusiastic. "Do you think we could double our weekly rendez-vous? I'm so going to like this!"

Ha!
