Knot Episode 9 Reactions
The monologuing. The long dramatic pauses. Standing in the middle of the road to get shot at. At least Phatsa ends it at the end of the episode but by then I was too busy angrily yelling at the characters to care much.

When Nakhun and Phatsa were being shot at by Tim and his gang, the scene switched to Ongsa and Sangnuea having a boring argument. The editors should have stayed where the action was. I lost interest, and my mind wandered until I remembered, "Oh, yeah! Nakhun and Phatsa were in the midst of a gun fight. I wonder how that's going." Folk Jakrin Sangruan (Sangnuea) seems like one of the better actors. Although he plays a villain, his timing and pacing was more natural. Everyone else in that scene just seemed so wooden.

what a sh*t show this ep has been, but it isn't much different then anything else we got until now, just a new low. but disregarding this major fact, Sangnuea brining it with the psychotic crazy persona, but the others?!? *****************************Ongsa with that pathetic scared attitude, why??? can't he stand-up for himself or his man??? it's not that he's still being wooed, he's been bedded & knows exactly where he stands with Nakhin, yet he can't stand up to Sangnuea & has to hide behind Nakhin??? *****************************************************************************************************************************but then i don't get Nakhin or even Naphitch standing there like morons trying to make sense with someone who's blinded by rage & talking crazy... why have any type of conversation with someone with an victim mentality, where logically he should've understood that the Devathitirat's r not at fault for everything bad that happened to him. did they force his father or the people his father gave the land too, to get in debt & lose the land??? with this type of logic if someone loses their house & the bank forecloses on it, according to Sangnuea the person who buy's the house (not knowing it's history) is the main bad-guy. what kind of f*cked-up logic is this??? but i am expecting a lot from this - my fault ugh ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************also i am 100% sure that Naphitch is the product of a coupling between a true alfa & a beta, so Nakhin's bloodline wont end cause he chose Ongsa. or maybe he means their children would be beta's which isn't worth much in that universe. oh idk why i even bother as i am 1000% sure the "writer" didn't put as much effort writing this that i am trying to decipher this sh*t ugh.

AI allegations aside, since I know AI was used to script this show but I can’t prove it.. so let’s stick to alleged. The direction does the actors no favors, it makes them all look either constipated or like a high schoool drama class. I’m watching because I believe in finishing what i start and folk/sang kinda cunty— so I gotta stan. This is actually a high rating because 10% of the cafe scene between ongsa and saeng was gaggy. But overall; zero subtext, 100% exposition dumps.

Some of the storylines are starting to come together a bit finally, lots of secrets revealed and a few twists unfolding (although i have to admit i suspected all along). #Boat and Oat are definitely carrying this show, honestly the writing and direction is very disappointing, but the scenes with Boat and Oat pull me back in. All of the cast are good, i haven't seen the others in other projects to know if they are good actors when given a decent script, but i personally would prefer a show that had no side romance, focused on the brothers relationship with each other, and Phatsa and Nakhun's relationships, and just keep the others as side characters. If the show had a season 2 lined up i would be a lot more excited but i have a feeling i'm going to feel a bit disappointed in the next few episodes unless something really changes.Always a high rating for me as Boat and Oat are brilliant, and i love Omegaverse content so this is still a top tier show as it scratches that itch.

Could anybody find the strings that led to these reveals? — but first things first: the cliffhanger conclusion? wtf. Really? That‘s all you give us? I feel played. and you seem desperate at trying to keep our attention — Totally forgot about Tim, a character that only appeared once in episode 2 or idk when. — This is really not fun anymore. They are giving us a conclusion and we weren‘t even aware of one coming. — Why do NNN use guns but not their pheromones against Tim and co.? They for sure are stronger with two true alphas. — How in the world does Ongsa know all that about Sangnuea? From where? And interesting that it was in that exact moment he told Phatsa. Hm. — Sangnuea‘s entrance was like that of a fairytale villain. What a surprise it was him all along. It seems up until here Sangnuea played the game well but now he‘s falling apart. (I guess some props to Folk for the acting. Not my favourite acting choices but I see the effort. He needs better material to act in) — same question in this scene: why is no one using pheromone powers? Don‘t you know you‘re in the Omegaverse? — Damn, Phatsa. You just killed a man. Cold. Where did that come from? You have fought people before but killing someone like that… you must have killed before. — all this could‘ve been so good but there was (close to) no build up or tension throughout the series and then getting jumped by the conclusions like this feels like you just got surprised with the party that got teased to you the week prior… and then the party turns out to be a funeral. You didn‘t even know someone (or who) died and now you‘re sad and confused but you have to participate… and I am writing myself into a corner with this weird „analogy“. I beg your pardon. 🙏😔 See you next week. xoxo
