It’s honestly not as bad as people made it out to be. I went in expecting the worst because of all the criticism, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Sure, there are a few cringey scenes, but I genuinely think that’s part of its charm rather than a dealbreaker.
Not every series has to be flawless to be enjoyable.
Boss and Noeul absolutely nailed their roles, as they always do, and their chemistry carried so many moments. It might not be their best series, but it’s definitely far from being a bad one. People judged it way too harshly before giving it a real chance.

P.S. It honestly feels like a soap opera to me and that’s not even a bad thing.

Finally over!

OMG, after the bad shows started in April, May did not make it that much better, as this series proved. I don't get why actors choose such a show, maybe because they do need to stay relevant and better doing a crap show than no show at all. It's not that they don't have fan-meetings, concerts or other things which holds them in the spotlight. Maybe bad publicity is still good publicity.

We have the typical gay family with all three sons being gay, two more infantile then the other and almost everything is cringe. Because it ended as it did, I expect a special, because two of the boys did not get "married" in the series and the slutty friend of Moo-Moo didn't progress either. At least that part of the story made sense, that just wanting to have sex does not make a relationship.

The production quality was top notch but the script was lame, the over the top comedy did not help either. 2x speed is your friend or even +10s helps a lot to go through that. Nobody can't deny Boss & Noels chemistry, but if you watch Paypack you know that Boss can act much better. I'm sure for the cast it was fun but watching it was not for me. Interesting is that this series and "A Dog and a Plane" have the same premise of one of the main-chars, a nerdy guy who was more or less rejected by their love-interest in highschool. So, it's always the same story repeated endlessly without any fresh takes.

This was the first series not under the "MAME" umbrella for our MLs and I have to say, I did not expect it to be even worse. MAME scripts have their problems, but at least the backstory is decent. This was just a clusterfuck without an end for three of the four couples. If you make everyone gay, then please make sure everyone gets his partner in the end. Overall a waste of money to produce this crap and a waste of time watching it.

I FREAKING LOVE THIS SHOW!!!!

When I watched the trailer being someone who has seen boss only play manipulative cool boy role and noeul only play innocent dumb boy role. I personally absolutely hated this series. I was like wth is this. Why did they even wanna do this? Planned on skipping this but then I kinda got curious 😅. When I watched it, the 1st episode felt kinda weird to me cz everything was over the top including BossNoeul. They weren't the same people I normally saw onscreen but then FuMoo grew on me. I think this series will be my 2nd fav BossNoeul series and something I'd rewatch 🤭.

I absolutely love the over the top acting, comedy and story. ❤️❤️ It was really good but cz this one came after Duang with you and Me and Thee I think people just didn't wanna watch more comedy so this didn't become that popular? I like how they kept the comedy, absurdity but also made things natural. Also special mention for once Nouel's styling looked good😭😭 all this time I absolutely hated his styling but here his looked pretty good. I really liked all 4 couples although I wanted more of the support couples but... i get it they had 10 episodes and FuMoo were my fav couple.. I didn't have a 2nd couple syndrome here. I just liked them. Looks like we might get a season 2 and 3 for the other couples 🥺🥺 i hope it's a season n not just special😭😭

Overall I totally recommend watching this. There is no major problems and stuff. It's a really good stress buster

Great light hearted entertainment

I don’t understand the mean spirited reviews of this show. I’m fairly new to BLs and this is the first Thai BL comedy that was truly a comedy from start to finish that I have watched. And it was a charming, amusing little series that was a wonderful way to escape reality each week and have a laugh. There were moments of drama and tension, but only to drive the plot forward or develop character, that never dragged the show into melodrama. Sometimes it was over the top and the comedy really in your face but it worked. Round that out with some sweet, tender moments and a fun opening theme and you get some great, light hearted entertainment.

Of course the show belongs to BossNoeul who anchor it with the other characters being satellites around them. Boss’s comedic turn as Fu was an unexpected gem and it was great to see Noeul bring his very natural sass to be his foil. Their undeniable chemistry and obvious ease with and trust in each other means the on screen relationship feels comfortable and fun to watch unlike some where the actors seem almost afraid to get too close and put the audience on edge. The show seemed busy with characters coming and going but it wasn’t confusing, helped keep the pace from dragging and a great way to suggest the story will continue with further development of Fu’s brothers Tai and Tee. And possibily even Tian!

Crazy Love Moo Moo isn’t out to change the world, merely entertain it for a short time and it does this. It never takes it self seriously, occasionally pokes fun at it self while remaining pretty much firmly footed in the real world and that’s a nice change! I will definitely have this on my rewatch list when I want something I can laugh along with.

Cringe but good

I am not a big fan of Thai comedy, but i could appreciate this one. Though it had some really cringe moments (which i didn't like) most of it was good humor. The story was good, the production was great.
The Ost was fun! And it had stunning visuals.
The moment the friends almost kissed was cliche, but still really funny.
I don't like it when in a family all 3 sons are gay, that's just not realistic...

The actors all did a great job! But you could see that the youngest "couple" still need some experience in acting.
I rather see Boss and Noeul in more serious roles, but they pulled off the comedy. And as always their chemistry, kisses and NC scenes are great!
I liked the other couple and the possible couple with Tian and Mark, i wished i saw more of their stories, but it looks like there will be a second season and i hope to see more of those two couples in that season.

meh - okayish...

Just finished watching this BL and it's okay for me. There were moments that I really enjoyed but there were also times where I felt unsatisfied. Here is my honest review about it.

Editing:
One thing I noticed throughout the series was the editing. There were scenes where I wished they handled the transitions and music better. For example there was a scene where Moo and his friends were talking, then suddenly the scene shifted back to Fu. The sudden transition felt rushed. I think it would've flowed better if they added a few seconds showing Moo and his friends laughing/smiling before slowly fading the music and moving to the next scene. Small moments like that really matter and can make scenes feel more natural & smooth instead of just rushing it because to be honest it looked so awkward, distracting and confusing. 🥲 I also wished they added more variety whenever they put extra scenes in between. I've noticed that some of the building shots, road scenes, and filler clips were all the same. If they're going to add scenes like those, I hope they would've shot in on a different angle and such so that it'll be less repetitive.

Story:
For the storyline, I think it was okay overall. But I feel like there weren't really that many big plots twists throughout the series. Most of the focus was mainly on the main couple especially when Fu and Moo found out that they were the ones they had been texting each other. Another major plot point was the situation involving the undercover of the drugs thingy in the hotel and that's mostly it. but aside from those, there weren't many other events that felt like major turning points in the story. The series relied more on the characters, relationships and romantic moments rather than having a strong storyline. While I don't think that is necessarily a bad thing since this is a RomCom BL, though I personally wished there were more interesting conflicts or deeper storylines that could have made the series feel more entertaining ! ^^

Now for the main couple, Fu & Moo.
I really enjoyed their story and their dynamic as a couple. I love how Fu was willing to put alot of effort into winning Moo's heart even if it took him days, months and even years. His determination and patience showed how much he genuinely loved and cared for him. Though there were also moments where Fu's actions felt like they went a little too far especially at the start of the series. For example when he publicly showed his feelings for Moo through posters, stickers, and other grand gestures in public places (Moo's university) and it sometimes felt like it crossed the line between romantic and overwhelming. For me I really do understand how Moo reacted and felt during those cuz who wants to be publicly humiliated like that? 🥲 I know Fu's intentions were good, it's just that I wish he had considered how Moo would feel about those actions too. For Moo I actually liked his character and his development. At first he was more of a closed off person and was unsure about his feelings, but as time passes by, he became more open and accepting of Fu's love. I liked seeing him learn how to trust and allow himself to be cared for. His character wasn't instantly changed overnight and his growth felt gradual which one of the things I appreciate of him.

Side Couples:
For the side couples, I honestly wish they had more screen time. Each of them had interesting stories and personalities and I wanted to see them interact with one another more. Even giving them just a few more scenes would have helped the future watchers understand their relationships and backgrounds better 🥹

Tian & Mark
This couple was probably the most complicated to like for me... I understand why Tian is a fuckboy and acts the way he does because his past with Kluayhom and being hurt by someone he trusted, isn't a joke and it clearly affected how he views relationships. But when this specific scene in the last episode where Tian pulled Mark into the storage room and continued touching him even after Mark said that he didn't want to, ICKED ME SO BAD BRO. That scene made me kinda uncomfy & disappointed honestly 🫩. I can still handle whenever Tian is flirting with Mark and stuff but that scene is a big no for me. That's lowkey SA if i'm gonna be honest 😭 For Tian as a character I was honestly hoping to see more development from him. As what I said, I understand why he became the way he was... but I was really hoping that he would eventually learn from his mistakes and heal slowly. I felt like his growth was not as satisfying as I hoped it would be even until the end.

Tee & Jeab
I actually really liked this couple. I think their relationship had a lot of potential because they showed a different type of dynamic compared to the main couple and to the side couples. The main issue with this couple is Tee's struggle with communication. Though he's aware of his wrong doings and such and that's what I like about him. I think his way of apologizing is through his actions such as continuing to visit Jeab and buying him things that he likes. I like his character development and how he got more softer eversince he starts to have feelings for Jeab. For Jeab I understand why he became frustrated toward Tee. After all the teasing Tee gave him, it makes sense why Jeab would have a hard time trusting him. I honestly wished they had a proper conversation and wish there was a scene where they could've been vulnerable with each other and finally talk about their feelings.

Tai & Yu
I LOVE this couple. Sooo cutesy ! Their dynamic was simple and that's what made them enjoyable. I really really REALLY wished they had more scenes together and get to see more of his perspective and his relationship with Yu. ☹️ BUT I find it so funny how Yu is literally everywhere. (i am NOT joking.) Like he's a barista, a waiter, a janitor, a driver, a bartender, and now he got accepted to be one of the employees at Fu's Hotel. HE'S EVERYWHERE & EVERYTHING 😭😭😭 And somehow he manages to do everything, holy time management final boss. 🫩 It honestly made me curious about his character and why he has so many jobs. For Tai, I really like his personality. He's calm, chill, and has a very comforting presence. Compared to some of the characters, Tai is someone who brought balance and balance throughout this series.

Overall this is an enjoyable show. But for me it had some areas where I wished it was improved. The main couple was definitely the highlight of course ! though I think the side couples deserved a little bit more attention because they also had interesting stories too. If they ever make a season 2 or a new series in the future focusing on the after college life and marriage of Moo, I hope the side characters would have more screen time too !!!

If you're looking for a romcom BL with cute moments, romance, and a wholesome feeling, I think you might enjoy this. But if you're looking for a deeper plot with more complex character development, you might want to try other shows :))) !

This was just terrible

I am trying to think where to even begin with. I really wanted this to be a hit for all the actors involved, but this might be the worst BL so far that I have ever watched until the end. And that is saying a lot, considering the amount of shows aired these days.

What is the biggest shortcoming of the show is that the comedy which is the main aspect of the show, it does not work. I understand humor is a very subjective preference, but some of the jokes were literally for things that small kids would laugh at, and this certainly in other aspects is not a show for small children. There was maybe an attempt to have a more serious tone to the show once Fu and Moo did get together, but the transition fails, bc the horrible comedy is still present even in later episodes.

There were also just so many bad choices made in terms of plot progression. We had a jealousy plot line recycled three times in the show, which for one single BL is just too many. In the last two episodes we had a drug trafficking plot line with undercover police officers which was wild considering how juvenile the show in general had so far been. There was all together three side characters with romance plot lines that didn't lead to anywhere. Since Fu's and Moo's romance clearly had not enough material to carry the show trough all 10 episodes, the three side character romances could have really helped to at least bring some substance in to the hollow main plot line.

The shows main couple did generally suffer from credibility problem. Since Moo had obviously been so set against Fu courting him for years, the 360 that is made in just few episodes feels absurd. I do have some empathy towards Moo's reason rejecting Fu previously, cruel careless things heard as a teen can be very traumatizing, even if it was something they could have discussed earlier. The end of the show feels just as absurd for the main couple, considering the short time they have been romantically together and what generally was the relationship's starting point.

I really like Boss and Noeul's on screen chemistry, which makes me just hope this show will be quickly forgotten and they can move to better acting projects. I would not recommend watching this, even if some of the actors are your favorites. For me this was a clear fail.

- two of the other 3 romance stories didn't work, they didn't get much screen time and the former bully's victim was reluctant for too long for it to work as a romance, also 2 were unresolved
- terrible prank at the end of episode 9/beginning of episode 10

Going Crazy Watching The Moo-Sense

Okay I started seeing so many people gassing this show up and I’ve finished it with the thought…did we all watch the same show!? This was a hot mess, it did have me cracking up at points but that didn’t make it a good show overall. Boss and Noeul deserve much better material to work with, and this along with BNW was low tier. Their chemistry is always solid, but the scripts are nonsensical or just poorly written overall because the plot is lost amongst the insanity. There was also some issues taken with the “Chinese” looking comments and rightfully so. It comes off insensitive even to me who doesn’t belong to that ethnicity.

Finally for the side couples. The youngest brother in high school really didn’t stand out in the show. The middle brother I really liked but him and the cafe worker barely had any screen time or development. And the friend, though I love sex positivity within shows, his character too was just kind of thrown in there randomly.
