Lu Feng's sister is the MVP of this ep,…

Lu Feng's sister is the MVP of this ep, she cares so much for her brother & is willing to suffer so much, just cause of the love she has for him. after how he behaved she let him go & when he came back, she didn't just welcome him with open arms, she basically destroyed the papers he signed renouncing his inheritance. Lu Feng is lucky to have her in his life, she a better sibling to him then he is to her that's for sure. ***********************************************************************************************regarding the rest it was a bit of a mess, guess Zhuo Lan needed to marry to inherit her families company & she wasn't some pathetic moron that was deluded into thinking her love could chance a man. cause i was wondering WTF - especially when they treated each other like roommates & nothing more. so glad that before the end of this ep they already divorced. that was for the best. even though then i wonder if they aint married why there a clip online of a women wearing a white dress with a gun going after both mains. guess will have to wait & see. also am really happy the marriage didn't produce children - cause that would've been messed-up on so many levels. ***********************************************************************************i don't really care about the 2nd couple so will focus on Ke Lo, i have a feeling he is either Lu Feng's sister's son or just an intern Lu Feng has taken under his wing. doubt he is in a relationship with him - sadly he can't seem to get over Xiao Chen. & given Xiao Chen coming to meet him guess he hasn't moved on either - even though after the way he ghosted Lu Feng he got some balls on him to come seek him out after 5 yrs. can't wait for the next ep -

When "Sorry" Arrives Too Late

Number 8 is supposed to be a lucky number in many parts of Asia, yet Episode 8 brought nothing but heartbreak.A hardworking father, a caring mother, and a loving brother. A family filled with warmth and happiness, now gone like footprints washed away by the tide. The wedding scene was almost unbearable to watch. Yi Chen only wanted to make his mother happy, yet he was forced to walk toward a future that was never his. Standing beside someone he did not love, he could only imagine that the person waiting for him was Lu Feng. It was a beautiful scene, yet it felt painfully tragic. The most heartbreaking moment came from his mother. Before she passed away, she finally understood that the love she thought she was giving had become a burden. She saw how her expectations had stolen her son's happiness and slowly damaged his health. In the end, all she could say was one word."Sorry."A single word carrying years of regret. A single word that arrived far too late. They were separated for four years before, and now fate has added another five. Yet some loves refuse to disappear, no matter how much time, distance, or sorrow stands in the way. They always find their way back to each other. But after everything that happened in this episode, my heart feels shattered into a thousand pieces. The question is not whether Yi Chen and Lu Feng can find their way back to each other. The question is whether the broken pieces of my heart can ever be put back together again.
