Good-Looking Actors and a Great Cast, Let Down by a Weak Plot
I'm sorry, but this series makes no sense. As a police officer, you're paid by the public to protect citizens and uphold professional standards. You entered a bar in full uniform with your firearm, then started making out with your ex-lover while on duty. When your colleague walked in, you told him to leave and immediately went back to making out.If this happened in real life, you would likely face serious consequences for your actions. Just wait until your shift is over and handle personal matters on your own time. Taxpayer money isn't paying officers to make out while they are supposed to be working.
Also, iQIYI has the full version, the YouTube upload is only 9 minutes long, while the iQIYI version is 26 minutes.
After watching Tide of Love, I honestly did not expect much from this series. A few kissing scenes cannot carry a story if there is no solid plot or meaningful development.

Wait Just a Minute
Update after episode 3. I am still giving it a 3 star rating right now simply because there is more of a plot, more cast, and more scenery than Tide of Love seasons 1 and 2. But my head hurts. This is not good by any stretch of the imagination. Strongberry/SEEK has got to let actors with ANY ability take the lead roles. I'm going to keep watching because I'm a glutton for punishment, but sheesh this is bad.Was this review helpful to you?
As Episode 1 Ended, I Asked Myself “What Did I Just Watch?”
This is an unbelievable piece of….nonsensical BL. It’s a waste of time.First, the audio quality sucked so badly. It was terrible all through.
Now, the story??? What is the story???
The synopsis written here sells the show too well, you would think it’s worth watching. News Flash: It’s not.
I’m trying to think of one thing I enjoyed while watching this… Oh, I’m done thinking and the answer is still nothing.
The acting too is so mediocre, which is weird because KBLs rarely have mediocre acting. But it is what it is I guess.
Now, to the NC scenes? The episode would have been better off without them. Completely threw me off.
And I hope they don’t think that ending is suspenseful enough to keep viewers watching? Lmfaooo, cos I’m dropping this.
I had a bad feeling before starting it, I just knew it would be below par, and it is.
Don’t even bother watching. I already did, so you don’t have to.

Thought Tide of Love was bad
Oh well, here we go again. Only watched 1st episode and can't put myself through anymore. Just as bad as Tide of Love as far as plot and acting are concerned. Synopsis hypes it up but the series doesn't deliver. Story line makes no sense, zero chemistry between lead actors and kissing scenes are over the top and not needed. Personally I'd swerve this. If you are expecting a decent BL series with tension and intrigue then this is not it.Was this review helpful to you?

rien ne va mais justement
Vous ne savez pas quoi faire, vous vous ennuyez ??? N'hésitez plus... Quitte à ne rien faire, perdez votre temps sur cette oeuvre bourré d'erreur et de non effort.Je pense qu'il y a eu du pistonnage pour cette série parce que c'est très très mauvais et à tout les niveaux.
J'ai plus rigolé avec les commentaires qu'avec le visionnage qui n'a ni queue ni tête.
Je suis un peu maso donc je vais regarder jusqu'au bout, par curiosité et pour relevé le paquet de défaut qu'il peut y avoir.
