Mizuhashi Eiji is a talented chef who, after being fired from a prestigious restaurant following an incident, withdraws from others and eventually begins working at a nursing home. Meanwhile, Osawa Kana is grieving the death of her grandfather and the closure of his beloved Western-style restaurant, Kitchen Osawa. Kana’s grandmother, Tomoko, moves into the same nursing home after losing her enthusiasm for life and food. However, Mizuhashi’s cooking gradually restores her appetite and spirits, especially when one of his dishes tastes remarkably similar to her late husband’s signature recipe.
