This was a slightly weird drama, and only certain people would enjoy watching it. Some of my friends couldn't stand the basic plotline (one brother giving another his cornea-this is in the description so read that first), but once you get past that, the mystery element is excellent. Each story builds on the previous episode. For once, you aren't trying to figure out who the criminal is, you just want to stop him. It is a fascinating twist on the traditional mystery storyline, and throws in more than enough intrigue and excitement to keep you interested the whole way through. Plus, kudos to the authors for coming up with the unique idea:)

I have seen Yamada Ryosuke in another detective drama before. I thought he was great there and so I decided to try watching this one. The plot was good enough to keep you watching wanting to know who the culprit is and how the story would end. The acting of the artists was fine as well.
It was able to keep me going. I might watch it if I'm bored or if I'm in my detective drama mode but not my top priority in my list. It's worth watching especially if you like the actors or if you like watching these type of shows. The music was fine to keep the detective feel.

This drama was absolutely amazing! The story had twists and turns and I never once could have predicted the outcome! Well... a tiny voice in the back of my head says: "yes, yes i could have"; so I can't say what I just said is ALL true....

Anyways... Yamada Ryosuke and Yokoyama Yu once again have blown me away with their talent, skill, personalities, and (personal) charachters. The show itself moves at a pretty medium-normal pace, but as Tanaka Ainosuke (Yamada Ryosuke) begins to figure out the power in his left eye and the meaning behind the cases, the drama does start to pick up the pace! I have to admit, at first I watched the special and this drama just because I'm on a detective-crime-mystery genre kick right now, but this show definitely blew past my expectations. The ending is not something I expected, but I felt myself feeling relieved at how it happened. I definitely suggest this series, but don't forget to watch the special before!!
