Jang So Yeon is confirmed to star alongside Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won in a new K-drama
2PM Hwang Chan Sung's next k-drama after announcing his plans to get married will be "I'm Serious About Dating."
"I'm Serious About Dating" is a new romantic comedy k-drama that will premiere in ENA. The series will be led by Yoo In Na, Joo Sang Wook, Yoon Hyun Min, and Girls Day's Park So Jin.
The media outlet SPOTV News shared on November 7th that Hwang Chan Sung will also join the upcoming k-drama. This will be his first project after announcing his plans to get married.
In December 2021, Hwang Chan Sung announced that he is getting married to her non-celebrity girlfriend. He also revealed that they have been dating for the past five years. They also revealed the pregnancy of her girlfriend. In July 2022, they welcomed their first child.
Hwang Chan Sung and his fiancé were supposed to get married early this year but it got postponed because of COVID-19.
The 2PM member last starred in the 2021 series "Show Window: The Queen's House" with Song Yoon Ah, Lee Sung Jae, Jeon So Min, Moon Hee Kyung, and Kim Seung Soo. Hwang Chan Sung was part of several k-dramas such as "So I Married an Anti-Fan," "My Holo Love," "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim," "Romance Written Differently," "Queen for Seven Days," "Ms. Temper & Nam Jung Gi," "7th Grade Civil Servant," and more.
"I'm Serious About Dating" will revolve around a love coach and a likable man and their conversations about love.
The upcoming series will reportedly air in the first half of 2023. According to reports, the k-drama already began filming.
"I'm Serious About Dating" will be added to the list of k-dramas by ENA. The broadcast channel is known for its series Extraordinary Attorney Woo," "Good Job," "Love Is for Suckers," "Unlock the Boss," and "New Recruit."
