"Queen of Tears" Close to Overtaking "Crash Landing on You"
Hello to all the viewers, who have eagerly waited for this fantastic series to start. As many of you might have guessed this drama by OCN is again a fantasy genre, but the storyline of this drama is something that OCN has never released before.
This series is for the viewers who enjoy exorcism, shamanism and similar kind of stuff. According to me, it is definitely a must watch because this drama does not revolve around love stories, but rather focuses on its genre “HORROR”, unlike other dramas.

THE STORY
Currently airing drama The Guest has grabbed the attention of many viewers due to multiple reasons. The drama highlights, the story of a child who has special psychic powers to foresee future accidents and deaths caused by evil spirits. I know this may sound similar to a previously completed OCN drama, Children of A Lesser God, but nope it's different.
The drama starts with a decent storyline of a family living on an island happily when things suddenly start to go wrong. Some sort of superior evil power takes control of the whole village resulting in many deaths around the village. As the story slowly unfolds, the main leads meet each other while young and then part ways. They meet each other again, but something strange starts happening again.
ACTORS
Kim Dong Wook (Yoon Hwa Pyung) plays the role of a taxi driver who has psychic powers. He can foresee deaths and is in search of an evil spirit who forced him to kill his own family.
Kim Dong Wook is a versatile actor. We’ve recently seen him in Along with the Gods: The Last 49 Days. After seeing him as a vengeful spirit in the movie, it’s now time for us to see him exorcise evil spirits and attempt to expel them.
Kim Jae Wook (Choi Yoon / Matthew) plays the role of a cold-hearted priest who is cynical, but deep in his heart he is still a good person who cares for another, but never shows it.
In this drama, he is shown as a priest with a strong motive to eliminate evil spirits and cure his brother. He has an unapproachable personality so people mistake him as cynical. 
Jung Eun Chae (Detective Kang Kil Yeong) plays the role of a detective with a true passion and spirit. She does not believe in ghosts and exorcism, but her views change after certain unexplained mysterious events happen. She is a strong female lead in the drama.
Reasons to Watch (so far):
1. Possessed Scenes
The possessed scenes, Oh My God, they are hella creepy. There were certain scenes which I couldn’t bear to watch with my eyes open, and certain scenes make me feel blessed to have my EYE still intact (I mean it). The actors, how can they perform such scenes with this perfection? This drama sticks to its main concept till the end. The supporting actors of the possessed scenes performed too well. They had all the eyes on them.

2. The real dreadful Demon
The storyline of this drama features an extremely dreadful demon - Park Do Il. Park Do Il is an extremely powerful spirit that controls other small spirits. Once possessed by Park Do Il, the person is lead to his death. The real form of Park Do Il is not being disclosed yet, but the viewers can imagine it being a really horrendous creature.
3. The Intrigue
The drama offers a fascinating storyline that will spur your curiosity. The intelligent writing of this drama will surely make you stick to it till the very end. Well, the intrigue is the most important factor to be considered while watching a drama and I assure you that the writers have done a great job.
4. The Score
This drama offers a score that is enough to give you the creeps. The score enhances the whole drama and gives you chills. Each background music fits the scenes perfectly and gives them a more eerie feeling. This drama has recently released its first OST "Somewhere".
My Personal View:
I loved the drama so far because it gives this very creepy and eerie feeling. The scenes are unpredictable, the actors are amazing, be it the main leads or supporting actors. All the actors have done a wonderful job. The cinematography is excellent.
Well, OCN always offers never seen before dramas and this drama just proves it again.
