As the July 28th release date for Season 2 was confirmed, "D.P." has excited fans by revealing the teaser poster and teaser trailer. D.P. Season 2 is a Netflix series that tells the story of Joon Ho(Jung Hae In) and Ho Yul(Koo Kyo Hwan), members of the Deserter Pursuit (D.P.) unit, who continue to confront an unchanged reality and absurdity.

The released poster features Joon Ho, his cap pressed down, looking somewhere amidst armed soldiers. Although the composition is similar to the Season 1 teaser poster, we can see the changed face of Joon Ho, who was once a new recruit but now serves as a D.P. The caption, "If you don't do anything, nothing will ever change," written alongside Jun Ho's weary face, raises curiosity about the ongoing story of these individuals.

Meanwhile, the teaser trailer portrays the recurring absurdity and unchanged reality even after the incident involving Private Cho Seok Bong(Jo Hyun Chul).

Kim Ru Ri(Moon Sang Hoon), who suffered from repeated acts of violence and torment within the military, opened fire on his fellow soldiers. Meanwhile, Joon Ho, who says, "I'm here to bring you back, nothing will happen," contrasts with a deserter who realizes he can't return. The attention is drawn to the extraordinary story that ordinary individuals have to experience and where it will lead.

The dark expressions of the D.P. team, exhausted from endless pursuits, and the voice of Cho Seok Bong, whose fate is unknown and who claims that nothing has changed, resonate with the viewers. Director Han Jun Hee, who wrote and directed the series, expressed his affection for Season 2, stating that rather than trying to maintain or change something from the previous season, "each character had a direction they wanted to go, and we tried to follow that direction well."

With the major production team and cast reprising their roles, the story was crafted with countless considerations, dedication, and effort that will garner global attention.

D.P. Season 2 will continue the unfinished story and be released on Netflix on July 28th.
