"Heartbeat," Ahead of the Final Episode, What Will Be Ok Taec Yeon & Won Ji An’s Destiny?

In the upcoming KBS 2TV Monday-Tuesday drama's finale, Heartbeat (written by Kim Ha Na and directed by Lee Hyun Suk), Seon Woo Hyeol (played by Ok Taec Yeon) and Joo In Hae (played by Won Ji An) embark on their first and last seaside journey.

Previously, Seon Woo Hyeol returned to Joo In Hae, vowing to spend what little time he has left by her side. However, Seon Woo Hyeol's condition deteriorates. Despite a strong warning from Shin Do Shik (played by Park Kang Hyun) to leave for her safety in episode 15, Seon Woo Hyeol insists on staying with her. In response, Shin Do Shik tries to harm Seon Woo Hyeol, and in that moment, In Hae appears.

The revealed stills show Seon Woo Hyeol and Joo In Hae setting off on a seaside journey together ahead of the final episode.

They walk along the sandy beach and take selfies, sharing joyful moments. Particularly touching is that Seon Woo Hyeol, who can't see himself, takes a photo with In Hae, reflecting his determination to enjoy the trip without any worries.

In another still, the two of them gaze at the setting sun, exchanging reassuring smiles as if comforting each other in silence. Soon after, against the backdrop of a beautiful sunset, they share a kiss that looks like a painting, evoking their excitement. Yet, their expressions carry a hint of hidden sorrow.

One must face a cruel destiny that might lead to their demise. The blend of excitement and vulnerability in their intertwined fate raises curiosity about how their story will unfold.
