Lee Joo Bin confirms her next work after "Queen of Tears"
Im Ji Yeon and Yoon Kyun Sang will be working together on a new TVING drama!
It was reported on July 21 that Im Ji Yeon and Yoon Kyun Sang are both confirmed to lead the upcoming TVING original drama "The Mansion". Their agencies have also confirmed their casting.
"The Mansion" will be directed by Chang and written by Yoo Kab Yeol. It will be released through TVING and will air in the first half of 2022. The upcoming drama will be produced by JTBC Studio, B.A. Entertainment, and Film Monster.
The upcoming mystery thriller will showcase the journey of a homicide detective who is trying to find the truth behind a woman's disappearance.
Yoon Kyun Sang will play the role of Min Soo. He's a homicide detective and the only one who believes and helps Gina. He's trying to do everything to help Gina uncover the truth about her sister's disappearance.
Im Ji Yeon will play the role of Gina. She's a contract employee in a hotel and has been seeking the truth about her sister's disappearance. She returns to Jangmi Mansion (the home they grew up in) after hearing the news of her sister Ji Hyeon's disappearance.
"The Mansion" will be Yoon Kyun Sang's return to dramas after 3 years. He last starred in the 2019 series "Class of Lies". The actor will also appear in the upcoming movie "Chiaksan" with Kim Ye Won, Lee Tae Hwan, and Yeon Je Wook.
This drama will also be Im Ji Yeon's follow-up series after 2019's "Welcome 2 Life" with Rain and Kwak Shi Yang. She is also set to star in the upcoming dramas "Money Heist" and "Mojito". The actress will also appear in the upcoming movie titled "Spiritwalker" with Yoon Kye Sang, Park Yong Woo, and Yoo Seung Mok.
