The upcoming K-movie Revolver, starring Jeon Do YeonJi Chang Wook, and Im Ji Yeon, has released character stills of actress Jeon Do Yeon.

Revolver tells the story of Soo Young, a former police officer who takes the fall for someone else's crimes and ends up in prison, only to be betrayed. Upon her release, she charges forward with the sole purpose of reclaiming what she thinks is rightfully hers. Actress Jeon Do Yeon plays the role of Soo Young in the film.

In the stills, the actress portrays various aspects of Soo Young, such as her fierce look and determined expression, as she marches forward without looking back to achieve her goals. Visible external changes also reflect Soo Young's change in mentality after two years of imprisonment.

Director Oh Seung Uk said, "With Jeon Do Yeon's elegance and her tremendous empathy towards others in mind, I wrote the narrative of a protagonist with a heart of steel," raising expectations for a character that only Jeon Do Yeon can portray.

Jeon Do Yeon remarked, "I don't think I've ever acted with such a look and emotion before. Director Oh Seung-wook said he discovered 'a new face of Jeon Do Yeon,' which was very satisfying [to hear]."

Revolver will premiere on August 7.
