The upcoming Genie TV original series Midnight Photo Studio drops stills featuring Joo Won.

Midnight Photo Studio unfolds the story of Seo Ki Joo, a photographer who runs a photo studio only for ghosts, and Han Bom, a passionate lawyer who ends up working with him.

Actor Joo Won takes on the role of photographer Seo Ki Joo, who deals with guests visiting the studio, which is open only at night. He tries to capture an array of eclectic life shots of people who have left this world.

The still cuts give a glimpse into the extraordinary life of Seo Ki Joo. Ki Joo is the seventh-generation photographer of a special photo studio that has been passed down through generations in his family.

When the dead can't leave for the afterlife due to their desperate circumstances, they come to the studio in the middle of the night. That's when the real work begins.

Ki Joo's job is to take photos of the guests with a magical camera to satisfy their earnest desire.

When the sun rises, the studio's doors close, but Joo Won's day doesn't become ordinary. Having grown up seeing what others couldn't see and being the only human who can listen to the stories of the dead, he deals with numerous ghosts in his daily life.

He has already been running the photo studio for 20 years, and by this point, he's somewhat adept at dealing with ghosts. But, that doesn't mean his life is peaceful. He suffers from insomnia and has nervous breakdowns when his sleep is interrupted or when he is suddenly attacked. The only place where Joo Won can sleep peacefully is the chapel.

In fact, he has a story that is just as strange as the guests he gets at his studio. Not only does he have to take the final photos of guests from generation to generation, but he's also cursed to live a short life, that prevents him from living past the age of thirty-five. However, when a passionate lawyer, Han Bom (Kwon Na Ra), comes into his life, there arises a possibility of a change in fate.

Midnight Photo Studio will premiere on March 11.
