Kim Jung Young confirmed to appear in "The Midnight Romance in Hagwon"
Jung Ryeo Won received another offer to lead a drama!
On May 17th media outlets shared that Jung Ryeo Won will be the main lead of the upcoming drama "The Couple Is Both Playing/Jobless" (literal translation).
Jung Ryeo Won's agency responded to the reports. H& Entertainment revealed that the actress indeed receive the offer and she is currently reviewing it.
"The Couple Is Both Playing/Jobless" will base its story on an essay with the same title written by Cho Jeong Joon. It will tell the story of a couple who both resigned from their jobs to start a new chapter and enjoy their life. The essay was published in 2020.
Jung Ryeo Won got the offer to play the character named Yoon Hye Ja. A wife, and a publishing planner who has a degree in Korean literature. She pretends to be strong and smart but she is a warmhearted person.
The upcoming series will be produced by GNPicture Media. The broadcast date and other casts have not yet been decided.
Jung Ryeo Won is set to return to the drama scene this year. She will be starring in the upcoming dramas "Let's Start the Defense" with Lee Kyu Hyung and "Woman in a White Car" with Lee Jung Eun.
The actress last starred in the 2019 drama "Diary of a Prosecutor" with Lee Sun Kyun, Lee Sung Jae, Lee Sang Hee, Kim Kwang Gyu, and Jeon Sung Woo.
