Sung Joon in discussion to be the villain in "The Fiery Priest Season 2"
Kim Joo Heon will join the upcoming tvN drama "Ask The Stars."
On September 19th, it was officially confirmed that Kim Joo Heon will be added to the cast of the sci-fi romance comedy series "Ask The Stars." Kim Joo Heon's agency Salt Entertainment also confirmed the news and asked viewers to show interest and support for the actor.
"Ask The Stars" will revolve around the space tourists and astronauts that travel to the space station and the earth. The series will be directed by r Park Shin Woo ("It's Okay to Not Be Okay") and written by Seo Sook Hyang ("Pasta").
The upcoming series will be led by Lee Min Ho, Gong Hyo Jin, Han Ji Eun, and Oh Jung Se.
Kim Hoo Heon will play the role of Park Dong Ah. He is a veteran astronaut who has been to the space station thrice. He works alongside Gong Hyo Jin in Seoul MCC.
"Ask The Stars" is set to premiere in 2023.
This will be the second upcoming 2023 drama of Kim Joo Heon. Just last week, it was reported that the actor will return to the new season of "Dr. Romantic 3" which will also premiere next year. The actor will also join the upcoming star-studded film "Cross" led by Hwang Jung Min, Yeom Jung Ah, Jeon Hye Jin, and more.
Kim Joo Heon recently starred in the MBC drama "Big Mouth" with Lee Jong Suk, Girls Generation's Im Yoon Ah, Kwak Dong Yeon, Yang Kyung Won, and Ok Ja Yeon. He appeared as the villain.
He also appeared in several dramas this year such as "A Model Family," "Soundtrack #1," "Juvenile Justice," and "Extraordinary Attorney Woo."
