tvN's The Uncanny Counter Season 2: Counter Punch has finally unveiled a teaser, giving a glimpse of the return of the Counters.
The Uncanny Counter Season 2: Counter Punch follows the story of demon hunters, known as Counters, who have grown stronger with new abilities and the addition of new members. They battle against increasingly malevolent demons that plague the Earth. The first season achieved the highest viewership ratings in OCN's drama history, and the series has now transitioned to tvN for its second season.
Actors from Season 1, such as Cho Byeong Kyu (as So Moon), Yoo Joon Sang (as Ga Mo Tak), Kim Se Jeong (as Do Ha Na), Yeom Hye Ran (as Chu Mae Ok), and Ahn Suk Hwan (as Choi Jang Mool) will reprise their roles as demon hunters.
Whereas, the new cast includes Jin Seon Kyu (Ma Joo Seok), Kang Ki Young (as Pil Kwang), Kim Hi Eo Ra (as Gelly Berherd), and Yoo In Soo (Na Jeok Bong).
The teaser portrays the Counters, including the powerful Ga Mo Tak (Yoo Joon Sang), the perceptive Do Ha Na (Kim Se Jeong), and the healing specialist Chu Mae Ok (Yeom Hye Ran), demonstrating their remarkable skills, leaving viewers eager for the release of the series.
The caption in the teaser reads, "The fight is not over. Let's go hunt more demons," hinting at high-octane action and demon-hunting to come. With upgraded abilities like telekinesis, super strength, psychometry, and healing power, the Counters promise a non-stop thrill.
Notably, the teaser also gives the first look at new characters, Pil Kwang (Kang Ki Young) and Gelly Berherd (Kim Hi Eo Ra) in Season 2.
The gripping showdown between the Counters and the stronger, more malicious demons, who suck up the Counters' powers, promises an adrenaline-fueled drama for viewers.
