Kim Soo Hyun Describes His "Queen of Tears" Co-Star Kim Ji Won as a Nice Person

Actor Kim Soo Hyun comments about his Queen of Tears co-star Kim Ji Won.

Queen of Tears has garnered much attention due to Kim Soo Hyun's return to the small screen and his reunion with writer Park Ji Eun (My Love from the Star, The Legend of the Blue Sea, Crash Landing on You). 

Kim Soo Hyun expressed his feelings, saying, "I feel both excited and burdened to be given a project with such tremendous charm."

The character played by Kim Soo Hyun in the K-drama Baek Hyun Woo is a graduate of a prestigious law school, hailing from a rural background, who has risen to become the legal director of the Queens Group. He falls for Hong Hae In, the heiress of the Queens Group, during his time as a rookie employee and has been married to her for three years.

Kim Soo Hyun describes Kim Ji Won as a "nice person", and added, "She accepts jokes well, and when I act, seeing her reaction change depending on the amount of effort I put in makes me feel like she is very focused and really listening to what I am saying."

Queen of Tears is set to premiere on March 9. The K-drama will be available to stream on Netflix.
