Jang So Yeon is confirmed to star alongside Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won in a new K-drama
Actor Lee Kyung Young will be joining the cast of the upcoming thriller mystery K-drama Gaslighting.
On May 24, media outlet TenAsia shared that Lee Kyung Young will be working closely with Kim Nam Hee in the upcoming K-drama Gaslighting.
Gaslighting will depict the story of Korea's top psychological counselor named Young Won and her mother-in-law Sa Gang who will face each other's secrets and truths because of their husband and son.
The upcoming K-drama will be led by Kim Hee Sun, Lee Hye Young, Kim Nam Hee, Kang Hae Lim, and Jung Heon.
Lee Kyung Young will play the role of Kim Nam Hee's character's father and Lee Hye Young's character's husband.
Gaslighting will be directed by Kim Seung Woo (Bring Me Home) and written Nam Ji Yeon (So I Married an Anti-Fan). The series will be produced by JPX Studio.
The upcoming K-drama Gaslighting will have a total of 12 episodes. There is no official confirmation yet on the release date of the series.
Lee Kyung Young is currently starring in the hit SBS K-drama Dr. Romantic Season 3 as Cha Jin Man, the head of the Trauma Center. He is working alongside Han Seok Kyu, Lee Sung Kyung, Ahn Hyo Seop, Kim Joo Heon, So Ju Yeon, and Jin Kyung. He also recently starred in the Netflix original K-drama Queenmaker.
After Dr. Romantic Season 3, Lee Kyung Young will proceed with the upcoming K-drama Gaslighting.
Last year, the actor was also busy with several K-dramas Adamas, Doctor Lawyer, Why Her?, Again My Life, The King of Pigs, and films A Birth, Come Back Home, and Bystanders.
